Abstract
El trabajo de investigación cualitativo – fenomenológico siguió conceptos de Heidegger, tuvo como objeto las Vivencias del paciente con insuficiencia renal crónica en hemodiálisis acerca de su enfermedad. Realizado en hospital público de Trujillo, intervinieron 10 participantes empleándose la entrevista. Fueron clasificados seis unidades de significado: El inadecuado tratamiento a pesar de conocer sobre la diabetes mellitus tipo 2, la hipertensión arterial y otras enfermedades renales causales de la insuficiencia renal crónica; sentimientos de tristeza y depresión al conocer la noticia de sufrir esa enfermedad porque sabes que nunca te curarás y que en cualquier momento morirás; angustia y miedo a complicaciones y efectos colaterales, por ello resignación y aceptación de su enfermedad así como seguir adelante en su vida como mejor decisión; asumir el compromiso de cuidarse, mediante el tratamiento y cuidado de sí para el control de la enfermedad e incorporando la máquina de hemodiálisis en su vida; la familia es apoyo importante para el paciente en hemodiálisis y creer en Dios y sentirse reconfortados; donde fueron interpretadas para mejor comprensión. Los hallazgos develan que estos pacientes se enfrentan a un futuro incierto, pero con el tiempo su ex- sistir logra la autenticidad tomando el control de sus vidas e integrando la enfermedad como parte de ella.

The work of qualitative research - followed phenomenological concepts of Heidegger, was the object the Experiences of patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis about your illness. Done in public hospital Trujillo, 10 participants took part interview being used. Were classified six units of meaning: Inadequate treatment despite knowing about diabetes mellitus type 2, hypertension and other renal diseases causes of chronic renal failure; feelings of sadness and depression at the news of having the disease because you know you never will heal and die anytime; anxiety and fear of complications and side effects, so resignation and acceptance of their illness and move forward in your life as best decision; make a commitment to care by treating and caring for each other for control of the disease and incorporating the hemodialysis machine in your life; the family is an important support for the patient on hemodialysis and believe in God and feel comforted; which were performed for better understanding. The findings reveal that these patients face an uncertain future, but over time his former achieves authenticity withstand taking control of their lives and integrating the disease as part of it.
