dc.descriptionThe purpose of this investigation was to analyze the risks to prevent accidents in the company Services Generals Moshamax S.A. at the Minera Shahuindo company. According to the methodology, the research is of the applied type, of a non-experimental design with an explanatory level and hypothetical deductive method; For the collection of information, the accident registry and the IPERC Matrix were used as instruments. The results showed that in the month of January is where more accidents have occurred within the company, with a frequency rate of 879.63%, a severity rate of 671.30% and an accident rate of 5.90%; Likewise, when evaluating the risks through the IPERC Matrix, there is a total of 463 risks, with 8% of significant risks, and when these risks are reassessed after their measures and controls proposed by the company, they have decreased. those significant risks at 0% and not significant at 92%, being permanent risks at 67%; on the other hand, measures and controls were proposed for each activity and task with their respective dangers and risks, allowing to avoid accidents generated by lack of control, taking into account the Annual SSO Plan and the Alcohol and Drug Policy; Finally, when evaluating these corrective measures, the risks have decreased to a total of 459 risks, having 100% of non-significant risks, where the most common are temporary risks with 95%. In this way, it was concluded that by carrying out this risk analysis within the company it helped to prevent accidents, since it was possible to propose measures and controls for these dangers and risks in the company Services Generals Moshamax S.A.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEstá presente investigación tuvo por finalidad analizar los riesgos para prevenir accidentes en la empresa Servicios Generales Moshamax S.A. en la empresa Minera Shahuindo. De acuerdo con la metodología, esta investigación es del tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental con un nivel explicativo y método hipotético deductivo; para la recolección de información se utilizaron como instrumentos el registro de accidentes y la Matriz IPERC. Los resultados mostraron que en el mes de enero es donde más accidentes se han suscitado dentro de la empresa, teniendo como índice de frecuencia de 879.63%, severidad de 671.30% y el índice de accidentabilidad fue de 5.90%; así mismo se tiene que al evaluar los riesgos mediante la Matriz IPERC se tiene que hay un total de 463 riesgos, teniendo un 8% de riesgos significativos, y al volverse evaluar estos riesgos después de sus medidas y controles propuestas por la empresa se ha disminuido esos riesgos significativos a un 0% y no significativos en un 92%, siendo riesgos permanentes con un 67%; por otro lado, se propusieron medidas y controles para cada actividad y tarea con sus respectivos peligros y riesgos, permitiendo evitar los accidentes generados por falta de control, teniendo en cuenta el Plan Anual de SSO y la Política de Alcohol y Drogas; finalmente, se tiene que al evaluar esas medidas correctivas los riesgos han disminuido a un total de 459 riesgos, teniendo a un 100% de riesgos no significativos, donde los más comunes son los riesgos temporales con un 95%. De esta manera se concluyó que al realizar este análisis de riesgos dentro la empresa ayudó a prevenir los accidentes, ya que se logró proponer medidas y controles para estos peligros y riesgos en la empresa Servicios Generales Moshamax S.A.es_PE
