Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación de abordaje cualitativo, descriptivo-exploratorio, se realizó en pacientes que se hemodializan en el Centro de Diálisis Virgen de la Puerta con el objetivo de comprender e interpretar el significado que atribuye el paciente respecto al cuidado que le brinda la enfermera. La muestra se realizó por saturación de seis pacientes a través de la entrevista abierta. Los discursos obtenidos fueron analizados, emergiendo tres categorías: Significado del cuidado de mi Cuerpo Enfermo, Significado del cuidado como Singularidad y Significado del cuidado Amoroso. Según lo cual el cuidado que brinda la enfermera al paciente que se hemodializa requiere de actitudes, prácticas y conocimientos científicos que permitan en un proceso dinámico y a través de un intercambio de energía lograr un cambio favorable en el ser cuidado.
Description
The present work of investigation of qualitative, descriptive - exploratory boarding was realized in patient that receive treatment at the Center of Hemodyaliss “Virgen de la Puerta” with the aim to understand and interpret the meaning that they attribute to the nursing care.
The sample was realized by saturation of six patien across the opened interview. The obtained speeches were analyzed, emerging three categories: Meaning of the care like Care of my sickness body, Meaning of the care like Singularity; and Meaning of the care like Lovely. According to that, the nursing care provided, attitudes required, practice and scientific knowledge that allow a dynamic process and through an exchange of energy to achieve a favorable change in the care receiver.
