Abstract
La presente investigación fue de tipo aplicada, cuasi experimental; se realizó en madres de recién nacidos prematuros hospitalizados en el servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Trujillo, con la finalidad de determinar la Efectividad del Programa Educativo “Pasitos con Ternura” en el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre posicionamiento del recién nacido prematuro. Participaron en el estudio 30 madres. La información se obtuvo a través del Test de conocimiento materno sobre posicionamiento del prematuro; validado, confiable y aplicado considerando los principios éticos. Luego de analizar los resultados se concluyó que antes de la aplicación del programa educativo “pasitos con ternura” el 70% presentó nivel de conocimiento deficiente, el 20% tuvo nivel de conocimiento regular y el 10% mostró un nivel de conocimiento bueno; después de la aplicación del programa educativo el 100% alcanzó un nivel de conocimiento bueno. Así se comprobó descriptivamente que el programa educativo “Pasitos con ternura” fue efectivo.
Description
This type Applied research was quasi experimental; research was conducted in mothers of premature infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Hospital of Víctor Lazarte Echegaray of Trujillo, in order to determine the effectiveness of the education "Pasitos with Tenderness" Program in the level of maternal knowledge positioning of the premature infant. They participated in the study 30 mothers. The information was obtained through the Test of maternal knowledge about positioning premature; validated, reliable and considering the ethical principles applied. From the results it was concluded before the implementation of the educational program "Pasitos with Tenderness" 70% had poor knowledge level, 20% had regular knowledge level and 10% showed a good level of knowledge. After analyzing the results it was concluded that before the implementation of the educational program "Pasitos with Tenderness" 70% had poor knowledge level, 20% had regular knowledge level and 10% showed a good level of knowledge; after application of the educational program reached 100% a good level of knowledge. Thus descriptively it found that "Pasitos with Tenderness" educational program was effective.
