| dc.description.abstract | La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la UGEL Sánchez Carrión, 2021. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por los 45 empleados de la UGEL, la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados arrojaron que El 26.67% de los colaboradores indicaron que el nivel del clima organizacional es bueno, el 44.44% quees regular y el 28.89% es malo, por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. El 26.67% de los colaboradores tienen un nivel de desempeño laboral bueno, el 46.67% un nivel regular y el 26.67% su nivel fue malo, por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Como conclusión principal se tiene que el valor de Rho de Spearman es 0.912 existe una correlación positiva alta y su p-valor es 0.000 por lo tanto, existe relación positiva y significativa entre el clima organizacional con el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la Ugel Sánchez Carrión, 2021; demostrando así que, para mantener un nivel adecuado del Desempeño Laboral del trabajador, necesitamos enfocarnos en su Clima Organizacional. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of the UGEL Sánchez Carrión, 2021. The research is of an applied type, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive level and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of the 45 employees of the UGEL, the technique used was the survey and the instrumentwas the questionnaire. The results showed that 26.67% of the employees indicated that the level of the organizational climate is good, 44.44% that it is regular and 28.89%is bad, therefore, the level is regular. 26.67% of the collaborators have a good job performance level, 46.67% a regular level and 26.67% their level was bad, therefore, the level is regular. The main conclusion is that the value of Spearman's Rho is 0.912,there is a moderate positive correlation and its p-value is 0.000, therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between the organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of the Ugel Sánchez Carrion, 2021; thus demonstrating that, in order to maintain an adequate level of Work Performance of theworker, we need to focus on their Organizational Climate. | |
