According to the identification of the financial economic part, it was identified that the company doesn't have a Financial Plan settled down by it all decision he/she takes under an empiric administration based on old knowledge; for this reason the proposal of a Plan of improvement implied the adaptation of Evaluations of Acting and Trainings to the non alone personnel of the Area of Attention but to the Area of Accounting. For the before mentioned the study thinks about to improve the yield of its revenues and to make an effective use of its patrimony and work capital, repower the service that you toasts.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa investigación se plantea el análisis de la situación financiera de la empresa; por lo cual nos enfocamos en la identificación de la situación económica de la empresa. La empresa cuenta con la infraestructura, Pcs, teléfonos y todos los activos necesarios lo cual le permiten dar un buen servicio por ende sus ingresos en el último periodo han incrementado y según el plan de proyección de los estados financieros el aumento de las ventas por vía telefonía va en aumento. De acuerdo a la identificación de la parte económica financiera, se identificó que la empresa no cuenta con un Plan Financiero establecido por ello toda decisión se toma bajo una gestión empírica basada en conocimientos antiguos; por esto la propuesta de un Plan de mejora implicara la adaptación de Evaluaciones de Desempeño y Capacitaciones al personal no solo del Área de Atención sino al Área de Contabilidad. Por lo antes mencionado el estudio se plantea mejorar el rendimiento de sus ingresos y hacer un uso eficaz de su patrimonio y capital de trabajo., repotenciar el servicio que se brinda.es_PE
