| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad implementar controles operaciones en seguridad para reducir accidentes de la empresa STRACON en minera Antamina - 2023. Por consiguiente, la investigación surge de la observación de problemas vinculados con la alta tasa de accidentes e incidentes en el desarrollo de labores de la construcción de presa de relaves. Por lo tanto, la investigación se centró en una metodología de enfoque aplicado, de diseño no experimental, naturaleza descriptiva – correlacional y enfoque transversal, tomando como muestra las actividades laborales de carácter crítico. Entre los resultados se señala en una fase inicial una alta tasa de accidentes/incidentes para el primer semestre del año 2023, con un total de 184 eventos, clasificados entre casi accidentes, daños a la propiedad, daños a medio ambiente y daños por lesión personal y dentro de los cuales se lograron identificar 19 eventos con potencial crítico. Por consiguiente, se procedió a aplicar controles operacionales, permitiendo así reducir en un 10% los accidentes laborales. Finalmente, el beneficio costo de la presente implementación otorgo un total de 1.87, señalando que, por cada dólar invertido, la empresa genera ganancias de US$0.87, concluyendo que la implementación de controles operacionales influye de manera significativa en la reducción de accidentes laborales en STRACON. | |
| dc.description.tableofcontents | The purpose of this research was to implement operational safety controls to reduce accidents in the company STRACON in Antamina mining -2023. Therefore, the research arises from the observation of problems related to the high rate of accidents and incidents in the development of tailings dam construction work. Therefore, the research focused on an applied approach methodology, non-experimental design, descriptive-correlational nature and cross-sectional approach, taking as a sample the critical work activity. Among the results, a high rate of accidents/incidents for the first half of the year 2023 is pointed out in an initial phase, with a total of 184 events, classified among near misses, property damage, environmental damage and personal injury damage, and within which 19 events with critical potential were identified. As a result, operational controls were implemented, enabling a 10% reduction in occupational accidents. Finally, the cost benefit of this implementation gave a total of 1.87, indicating that, for each dollar invested, the company generates gains of US$0.87, concluding that the implementation of operational controls has a significant influence on the reduction of workplace accidents at STRACON. | |
