Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales en los conflictos entre usuarios en el Centro del Adulto Mayor Trujillo ESSALUD: 2019. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, y la muestra constó de 44 adultos mayores, con los cuales se trabajó aplicando los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cuantitativa: Método estadístico y como técnica a la encuesta, y la investigación cualitativa: Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas la observación directa y la entrevista. De los resultados obtenidos se puede deducir que las deficientes relaciones interpersonales se deben principalmente al bajo nivel de comunicación, la falta de comprensión y respeto generando conflictos internos entre los usuarios del programa. Finalmente, consideramos que la Trabajadora Social debe propiciar la organización del adulto mayor en diferentes grupos, según su interés y necesidad, para afrontar y solucionar situaciones comunes, fomentando la sociabilización, para que él se sienta activo y con una actitud de pertenencia y prolongue así su independencia, al valerse por sí mismo, mejorando su calidad de vida y su comunicación con los demás. La presente tesis se subdivide en: Capitulo I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; Capítulo II. Metodología; Capítulo III. Presentación de resultados; Capítulo IV. Discusión de resultados. Capitulo V. Conclusiones; Capítulo VI. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out in order to analyze the influence of interpersonal relationships in conflicts between users at the Trujillo ESSALUD: 2019 Elderly Center. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 44 older adults, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey, and qualitative research: inductive - deductive method; and direct observation and interview as techniques. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that the deficient interpersonal relationships are mainly due to the low level of communication, the lack of understanding and respect, generating internal conflicts among the users of the program. Finally, we consider that the Social Worker should promote the organization of the elderly in different groups, according to their interest and needs, to face and solve common situations, promoting socialization, so that they feel active and with an attitude of belonging and thus prolong his independence, by fending for himself, improving his quality of life and his communication with others.
