| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación buscó identificar la influencia del soporte familiar en la asistencia a los controles prenatales de gestantes del primer trimestre del servicio de obstetricia del Hospital Tomas Lafora de Guadalupe, 2024. La muestra estuvo conformada por 21 gestantes del área de obstetricia del Hospital Tomás Lafora, en la cual se aplicó un enfoque mixto de tipo descriptivo - correlacional; durante el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicaron los métodos como deductivo – inductivo, estadístico, analítico y etnográfico; de igual forma, se emplearon técnicas como entrevistas y encuestas, los cuales permitieron el recojo de información cualitativa y cuantitativa permitiendo la comprensión analítica de las variables e indicadores. Respecto a los resultados obtenidos durante la investigación, se evidencia que un 57.1% de las gestantes siempre se siente motivada para asistir a sus citas de control prenatal. En la misma línea, un 61.9% indica que siempre se siente motivada para cuidar su salud, ya que, ello resulta fundamental para un óptimo desarrollo y crecimiento del feto durante los tres primeros meses. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This research sought to identify the influence of family support in the attendance to prenatal check-ups of pregnant women in the first trimester of the obstetrics service of the Tomas Lafora Hospital in Guadalupe, 2024. The sample consisted of 21 pregnant women from the obstetrics area of the Tomás Lafora Hospital, in which a mixed descriptive design was applied; during the development of the research, methods such as deductive-inductive, statistical, analytical and ethnographic were applied; likewise, techniques such as interviews and surveys were used, which allowed for the collection of qualitative and quantitative information, enabling the analytical understanding of the variables and indicators. With respect to the results obtained during the research, it is evident that 57.1% of pregnant women always feel motivated to attend their prenatal control appointments. In the same vein, 61.9% indicated that they always feel motivated to take care of their health, as this is essential for the optimal development and growth of the foetus during the first three months. According to the analysis and results obtained in the research, it is concluded that family support has a positive influence on the attendance to prenatal check-ups of pregnant women in the first trimester of the obstetrics service of the tomas Lafora hospital in Guadalupe | |
