dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el lote 5.1, turno uno, del filtrado 18 del fundo “Arena Dulce” de la empresa Manuelita S. A, durante el mes de enero del 2019. El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de cuatro bioinsecticidas en el control de Prodiplosis longifila Gagné en el cultivo del Espárrago, en condiciones de Trujillo Perú. Se utilizó el diseño de bloques completos al azar, con seis tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones. Los tratamientos estudiados fueron: T0(Testigo absoluto), T5(Testigo comercial) a base de un insecticida con ingrediente Imidacloprid, y cuatro bioinsecticidas: T1(Azadirachtin, matrine), T2(Aceite de ajo, algodón), T3(Extracto de cítricos, extracto de aceite de Olea europea) y T4(Extracto de cítricos, aceite de canela). El análisis estadístico fue en base al Análisis de Varianza; y, la Prueba de Comparaciones Múltiples de Tukey al 0.05% de significancia. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los insecticidas biológicos que sobresalen por su mayor porcentaje de eficacia en el control de Prodiplosis longifila Gagné y prolonga su poder residual hasta los 12 días después de la aplicación son el tratamiento T3(Extracto de cítricos, extracto de aceite de Olea europea) y el tratamiento T4(Extracto de cítricos, aceite de canela) con eficacia de 45% y 43% respectivamente. Además, que el tratamiento T5(Testigo comercial), presentó el mayor porcentaje de eficacia para el control de Prodiplosis longifila Gagné, debido a que prolongó su poder residual hasta los 12 días después de la aplicación con un porcentaje de 63%.
dc.description.abstractThe present research work was carried out in lot 5.1, turn one, of filtering 18 of the “Arena Dulce” farm of the Manuelita S. A company, during the month of January 2019. The objective was to evaluate the effect of four bioinsecticides in the control of Prodiplosis longifila Gagné in the cultivation of Asparagus, under conditions of Trujillo Peru. The randomized complete block design was used, with six treatments and four repetitions. The treatments studied were: T0 (absolute control), T5 (commercial control) based on an insecticide with Imidacloprid ingredient, and four bioinsecticides: T1 (Azadirachtin, matrine), T2 (Garlic oil, cotton oil), T3 (Citrus extract, Olea europea oil extract) and T4 (Citrus extract, cinnamon oil). The statistical analysis was based on the Analysis of Variance; and, the Tukey Multiple Comparisons Test at 0.05% of significance. The results obtained indicate the biological insecticides that stand out for their higher percentage of efficacy in the control of Prodiplosis longifila Gagné and prolongs its residual power until 12 days after application are the T3 treatment (Citrus extract, Olea europea oil extract) and the T4 treatment (Citrus extract, cinnamon oil) with efficacy of 45% and 43% respectively. Treatment T5 (commercial control), presented the highest percentage of efficacy for the control of Prodiplosis longifila Gagné, because it prolonged its residual power until 12 days after application with a percentage of 63%.
