The present research work seeks a previous simulation to be able to contrast with the reality of the operation in order to evaluate the viable alternative, managing to optimize the process and therefore reduce the costs. To this end, they took field data such as the study of time and operational delays in the process of transporting and hauling ore and dismantling The information obtained in the field was used to determine the total time of transport and ore loading and clearing, which through analysis and adjustments was able to determine various models and calculations for the sizing of the truck fleet. From the results obtained, it was possible to determine a model which was applied to the reality of the mine, achieving a significant reduction in costs at 0.57 $ / MT.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se explica y da detalles de la maquinaria involucrada en trabajos de carguío como es la excavadora Volvo 750 siendo ésta dentro de la empresa la más grande y representativa en el proceso productivo, indicando para cada caso los aspectos que se deben considerar en un equipo para trabajar con un material en particular, nombrando las limitaciones y las características que inciden en la elección de ella, según sean las propiedades del suelo en que se trabaja, tipo de material ( desmonte, mineral o lixiviado). El objetivo de la investigación es obtener rendimientos reales en función de la operación de la excavadora Volvo 750DL, el cual en cierta manera se contrastará con las especificaciones del fabricante dando una idea más acertada al área de planeamiento para el dimensionamiento de su flota de acuerdo al volumen programado. Los rendimientos reales obtenidos han sido comparados con los rendimientos dados por el fabricante, identificando factores adversos propios de un proyecto minero como son: mal clima, fallas mecánicas, etc. De dicha comparación se ha logrado determinar que los rendimientos reales son menores a los indicados por el fabricante. Con esta información se podrá enfrentar un trabajo de estimación de rendimientos para este equipo, además de encarar dichos problemas de una forma eficiente y fácil de manejar, consiguiendo finalmente modelar los casos más representativos. Concluyendo esta investigación será una gran herramienta para los futuros estudios que se puedan realizar en materia de dimensionamiento de equipos.es_PE
