Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objeto de estudio la “INFLUENCIA DE LOS CONFLICTOS ESCOLARES EN EL CLIMA EDUCATIVO DESFAVORABLE PARA EL ALUMNADO DE LA I.E. TECAPA, PROVINCIA DE PACASMAYO EN EL AÑO 2013”, la investigación fue realizada en la I.E SECUNDARIA “TECAPA”; la muestra con la cual se intervino fue de 33 alumnos. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: entrevista, cuestionario, discusión de grupo y observación al alumnado. Por lo tanto tiene como objetivo Analizar cómo se vienen dando los conflictos escolares en la Institución Educativa TECAPA. CAPITULO I Muestra un Marco Teórico, sobre la Realidad Problemática de los Conflictos Escolares. CAPITULO II Se plantea la justificación académica, formulación del problema, hipótesis, objetivos, métodos y técnicas y la muestra con la cual se intervino. CAPITULO III Se presenta la interpretación de presentación de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la información recolectada durante el desarrollo de la investigación por medio de la encuesta aplicada a los alumnos. CAPITULO IV Respuesta de los datos y resultados arrojados mediante la encuesta, con una discusión de resultados. CAPITULO V Por último se muestra las conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre este trabajo, bibliografía y los anexos pertinentes.

The present investigation was to study the "INFLUENCE OF CONFLICTS AT SCHOOL IN THE EDUCATIONAL CLIMATE UNFAVOURABLE TO THE STUDENTS OF THE I. E. TECAPA, PACASMAYO PROVINCE IN THE YEAR 2013 ", the research was carried out in the I. E SECONDARY "TECAPA"; the sample with which intervened was 33 students. The techniques used were: interview, questionnaire, group discussion and observation to the students. Therefore aims to analyze as it has been giving school conflicts in the educational institution TECAPA. CHAPTER I Provides a theoretical framework, on the problematic reality of conflicts at school. CHAPTER II Raises the academic justification, formulation of the problem, hypothesis, objectives, methods and techniques and the sample with which intervened. CHAPTER III Presents the interpretation of presentation of the results obtained from the information gathered during the development of research through the survey of the students. CHAPTER IV Data response and results through the survey, with a discussion of results. CHAPTER V Finally shown the conclusions and recommendations on this work, bibliography and the relevant annexs.
