dc.descriptionThe following research was made with the objetive to determine present the levels of antibodies in different stages of life of the laying hens of commercial egg; In like manner, the productive efficiency of the laying hens supplemented with yacón and deshydrated flakes of roots´ yacon and sacha inchi oil.The following experimental studies was made in poultry galpons of Zootecnia's EAP,it is located at the University Campus, It was made between january and august of 2009. The most significant results are referred to increment of weight and consumption of food, weekly; as well as mortality, percentage of eggs and immunity, in front of the infectious diseases New Castle and Infectious Bronchitis. The supplement treatment with yacón´s leaves the supplement with oil proves comparatively better than the treatment of hoe inchi and the treatment witness.It was used a complement aleatory design (DCA) with three treatments and thirty repetitions of 15 birds each, In the treatment 1, they consumed the oil of sacha inchi in their food, In the treatment 2, They consumed yacon leaves and deshydrated flakes roots´ yacón. In the treatment 3, they consumed only their balanced food. In conclusion, in the different stages of life of the laying hens of commercial egg, the levels of antibodies are hight in those stages that are supplemented with yacon leaves and deshydrated flakes of roots´ yacón.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación tuvo cono objetivo de determinar los niveles de anticuerpos en diferentes etapas de vida de las gallinas ponedoras de huevo comercial; y, la eficiencia productiva de las gallinas ponedoras suplementadas con hojas de yacón y hojuelas deshidratadas de raíces de yacón y sacha inchi. La experimentación se realizó en el galpón de aves de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Zootecnia, ubicado en la Ciudad Universitaria de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, entre enero y agosto del 2009. El tratamiento suplemento con hoja de yacón y las hojuelas de raíces deshidratadas de yacón superaron al tratamiento suplemento con aceite de sacha inchi y el tratamiento testigo. Se utilizó el Diseño Completamente Aleatorizado (DCA) con tres tratamientos y 30 repeticiones de 15 aves cada una,En el tratamiento 1, consumieron el aceite de sacha inchi suplementado en su alimento, el tratamiento 2 consumieron la hoja de yacón y hojuelas deshidratadas de raíces tuberosas de yacón, el tratamiento 3 consumieron sólo su alimento balanceado. Los resultados más significativos se obtuvieron en el incremento de peso y consumo de alimento, semanal, así como la mortalidad, porcentaje de huevos e inmunidad, en las enfermedades infecciosas (New Castle y Bronquitis Infecciosa). Se concluye que, en diferentes etapas de vida de las gallinas ponedoras de huevo comercial, los niveles de anticuerpos son superiores en aquéllas suplementadas con hoja de yacón y hojuelas de raíces deshidratadas de yacón.es_ES
