dc.descriptionThe objective of this research was to determine the impact of the AYNI System on the simplification of Administrative Procedures at the GRELL Headquarters during the year 2020, according to its classification, the design for this study was non-experimental and specifically it was of cross-sectional correlational descriptive type, using deductive and inductive research methods, taking as a sample the 210 administrative procedures entered at the La Libertad Regional Education Management Headquarters Office of Promotion during the year 2020, using as an instrument a questionnaire and using in the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis and using the correlation analysis, in order to know the influence of the independent variable in the dependent one. The results with respect to the investigation, it was demonstrated, despite the continuous improvements of the AYNI System, the Regulation does not have to differentiate the regimes that exist in the education sector. Likewise, it was possible to identify eleven administrative procedures that enter the Ranking Office that require a ranking report for decision-making. A clear significant difference was evidenced in the application of the AYNI System in 2020 compared to 2019. For this, the mean difference hypothesis test was used with a significance level of 0.05. It is concluded that the AYNI System has a positive impact on the Simplification of Administrative Procedures at the GRELL 2020 Headquarters, because the mean difference hypothesis test was used, obtaining a value of 0.037 which is less than the level of significance (α) = 0.05, so there is a significant difference in the Implementation of the AYNI System in the year 2020.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto del Sistema AYNI en la simplificación de los Procedimientos Administrativos en la Sede de la GRELL durante el año 2020, de acuerdo a su clasificación el diseño para este estudio fue el no experimental y de manera específica fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte trasversal, utilizando los métodos de investigación deductivo e inductivo, teniendo como muestra los 210 procedimientos administrativos ingresados a la Oficina de Escalafón de la Sede de la Gerencia Regional de Educación La Libertad durante el año 2020, aplicando como instrumento un cuestionario y utilizando en el análisis estadística descriptiva e inferencial y empleando el análisis de correlación, con el fin de conocer la influencia de la variable independiente en la dependiente. Los resultados con respecto a la investigación, se demostró, a pesar de las mejoras continuas del Sistema AYNI, la Normativa no cuenta con diferenciar los regímenes que existen en el sector educación. Asimismo, se pudo identificar once procedimientos administrativos que ingresan a la Oficina de Escalafón que requieren de informe escalafonario para la toma de decisiones. Se evidenció una clara diferencia significativa en la aplicación en el 2020 del Sistema AYNI con respecto al 2019 para ello se utilizó la prueba de hipótesis de diferencias de medias con un nivel de significancia del 0.05. Se concluye que el Sistema AYNI impacta positivamente en la Simplificación de los Procedimientos Administrativos en la Sede de la GRELL 2020, debido a que se utilizó la prueba de hipótesis de diferencia de medias, obteniendo un valor de 0.037 el cual es menor que el nivel de significancia (α) = 0.05, por lo que existe una diferencia significativa en la Implementación del Sistema AYNI en el año 2020.es_PE
