dc.descriptionThe general objective of this study was to demonstrate to what percentage extent the reduction in loading and hauling costs is achieved by changing a 374FL-CAT excavator for a 950EL-VOLVO in the Tajo Diana Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C. Following an experimental research model, with a quantitative approach, where the sample was made up of the mineral route from phase 7 to dynamic 7 in the El Toro - Huamachuco mine, with a total of 125 dump trucks; the instrument used was the research file that allowed collecting the necessary data to build the results. The results revealed that the reduction of loading and hauling costs was achieved by changing the 374FL-CAT excavator for a 950EL-VOLVO, obtaining better results in time, unloading and valuation, only in June the 950EL-Volvo excavator obtained a better valuation. of 104, 516, with a total of 714, 830 tons. In this way, it is concluded that the change of the 374FL-CAT excavator for a 950EL-Volvo excavator does reduce loading costs by 9% and hauling costs by 19% in the Tagus Diana - Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El presente estudio, tuvo como objetivo general, demostrar en qué medida porcentual se logra la reducción de costos de carguío y acarreo cambiando excavadora 374FL-CAT por una 950EL-VOLVO en el Tajo Diana Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C. Siguiendo un modelo de investigación experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, donde la muestra estuvo conformada por la ruta de mineral de fase 7 hacia el dinámico 7 en la mina El Toro – Huamachuco, siendo un total de 125 volquetes; el instrumento utilizado fue la ficha de investigación que permitió recolectar los datos necesarios para construir los resultados. Los resultados dieron a conocer que se logró la reducción de costos de carguío y acarreo cambiando excavadora 374FL-CAT por una 950EL-VOLVO, obteniendo mejores resultados en tiempo, descarga y valoración, tan solo en Junio la excavadora 950ELVolvo obtuvo una mejor valoración de 104, 516, con un total de 714, 830 toneladas. De tal forma, se concluye que el cambio de excavadora 374FL-CAT por una excavadora 950EL-Volvo si permite reducir los costos de carguío en un 9% y de acarreo en 19% en el Tajo Diana - Summa Gold Corporation S.A.C.es_PE
