Autocuidado y calidad de vida de pacientes en terapia de Hemodiálisis en Nefro Centro San Pedro – Huaraz

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el Autocuidado y nivel de la calidad de vida según las dimensiones de bienestar físico, bienestar mental y bienestar social de pacientes en terapia hemodiálisis. La población muestral estuvo constituida por 54 pacientes. Se aplico la escala para medir el autocuidado y otro para medir el nivel de calidad de vida. Los resultados fueron presentados en tablas de simple y doble entrada, numéricamente y en porcentajes y se utilizó la prueba tau c de Kendall para determinar la relación entre variables. Resultados, del total de pacientes encuestados, el 57.4% de pacientes su autocuidado es poco adecuado, seguido con menor porcentaje con el 42.6% de pacientes su autocuidado es adecuado, en cuanto a la calidad de vida se encontró un mayor porcentaje en la dimensión bienestar social con un 85,2% de pacientes su nivel es regular, mientras la calidad de vida en la dimensión mental con un 59.3% y en porcentaje menor en la dimensión bienestar físico con un 44.4% de pacientes su nivel es regular. Concluyendo que la dimensión física y mental existe relación altamente significativa (p = 0.0) y significativa (p = 0.0) respectivamente y la dimensión social no siendo significativa, entre el autocuidado y nivel de la calidad de vida (p = 0.2). | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research was to determine the relationship that exists between Self-care and the level of quality of life according to the dimensions of physical well-being, mental well-being and social well-being of patients in hemodialysis therapy. The sample population consisted of 54 patients. The scale was applied to measure self-care and another to measure the level of quality of life. The results were presented in single and double entry tables, numerically and in percentages and Kendall's tau c test was used to determine the relationship between variables. Results, of the total number of patients surveyed, 57.4% of patients had inadequate self-care, followed by a lower percentage with 42.6% of patients, their self-care was adequate.
