Reutilización de lodos hidratados en celda química para aumentar rendimiento al proceso de harina de pescado en AUSTRAL GROUP S.A.A.

Abstract
Nuestra investigación, se buscó implementar un sistema de tratamiento de los lodos
hidratados generados en la celda DAF química, producidos para bombear y tratar el H20,
para ingresarlo al proceso del harinado de peces en AUSTRAL GROUP SAA, para ello se
realizó la caracterización situacional inicial.
Con las pruebas realizadas demostramos que con el uso de la separadora ambiental NOXON
se lograba obtener lodos deshidratados de hasta 68% de humedad, lo cual se demostró que
si se podría ingresar al proceso de harina y de esta manera se reutilizaría los lodos hidratados
de la celda química, obteniéndose resultados muy favorables para la empresa, logramos
aumentar en promedio el rendimiento de harina de pescado de 22,6% a 23,61%, es decir
hubo un aumento promedio del 1.02% con una eficiencia del 60% de la separadora
ambiental.
El retorno del capital invertido se recuperaría produciendo 2984,66 toneladas de harina
proveniente de los lodos deshidratados.
Our research sought to implement a treatment system for the hydrated sludge generated in the chemical DAF cell, produced in the treatment of pumping water, to enter it into the fishmeal process in the company AUSTRAL GROUP S.A.A.
