Abstract
Para el diseño del Modelo de Evaluación y Capacitación del personal de esta obra se aplicó encuestas en las empresas del sector calzado del distrito de El Porvenir, ya que este sector ha devenido en serias dificultades en los últimos años; especialmente a principios de la década del 90, en la cual ingresó a nuestro país calzado de países asiáticos a muy bajos precios, perjudicando en gran medida el dinamismo de este sector, puesto que no contando con las herramientas ni la capacitación adecuadas se vieron afectados. También el hecho mismo de no contar con estándares internacionales para las operaciones.
Se llegó a la Conclusión de que sí influye directamente en la competitividad de las empresas, la aplicación de un modelo de Evaluación y Capacitación del Personal.
Las recomendaciones de esta investigación fueron:
Establecer el funcionamiento del Modelo de Evaluación y Capacitación de personal propuesto, como un eje piloto, siendo este sometido a una revisión, modificación o ampliación según convenga el caso.
Crear o formular algún incentivo laboral que beneficie y recompense a los empleados más destacados.
Se pretende que este material de investigación sirva a futuros trabajos tendientes a mejorar la competitividad y dinamismo de este sector en aras del desarrollo económico y social de nuestra Región y el país en su conjunto.

You reached the Conclusion that yes it influences directly in the competitiveness of the companies, the application of a model of Evaluation and Training of the Personnel. The recommendations of this investigation were: " To establish the operation of the Pattern of Evaluation and proposed personnel's Training, as an axis pilot, being this subjected one to a revision, modification or amplification as it suits the case. " To create or to formulate some labor incentive that benefits and reward the most outstanding employees. It is sought that this investigation material serves to future works to improve the competitiveness and dynamism of this sector for the sake of the economic and social development of our Region and the country in its group.
