dc.descriptionThe objective of this work was to carry out a pre-feasibility study for the installation of a production center for breeding guinea pigs in the province of Cajabamba, Cajamarca. The situational diagnosis was made from the consultation of primary and secondary sources and the application of semi-structured surveys and multiple response (72) and focus group (8). The production capacity of the project will cover the 45% demanded by the target market, producers of guinea pig the provinces of Sánchez Carrión, Cajabamba and San Marcos that make up the market objective, have priority interest in the purchase of breeding guinea pigs of the breed Peru. According to the technical, organizational, legal, environmental and financial evaluation the project is viable. The economic-financial indicators were V ANE 118 005.84 and the TIRE 19%, being favorable according to the financial economic evaluation of the project. It is concluded that the project is viable and that the critical variable of the project is the price of the pellet feed ton, when the price of the ton reaches S /. 1 672.78 without IGV and, all the other variables are maintained, the project stops being profitable, leaving the profitability indicators, as follows; VAN (S /. - 0.06) and IRR (11%).es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo realizar un estudio de prefactibilidad para la instalación de un centro de producción de cuyes reproductores en la provincia de Cajabamba, Cajamarca. Se realizó el diagnostico situacional a partir de la consulta de fuentes primarias y secundarias y la aplicación de encuestas semiestructuradas y de respuesta múltiple (72) y focus group (8). La capacidad de producción del proyecto permitirá cubrir el 45% que demanda el mercado objetivo, los productores de cuy de las provincias de Sánchez Carrión, Cajabamba y San Marcos que conforman el mercado objetivo, tienen interés prioritariamente en la compra de cuyes reproductores de la raza Perú. Según la evaluación técnica, organizacional legal, ambiental y financiera el proyecto es viable. Los indicadores económico- financieros fueron V ANE 118 005,84 y el TIRE 19%, siendo favorables según la evaluación económica financiera del proyecto. Se concluye que el proyecto es viable y que la variable crítica del proyecto es el precio de la tonelada de alimento en pellet, cuando el precio de la tonelada llega a S/. 1 672,78 sin IGV y, todas las otras variables se mantienen, el proyecto deja de ser rentable, quedando los indicadores de rentabilidad, de la siguiente manera; VAN (S/. - 0,06) y TIR(11%).es_PE
