Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio fue indagar sobre la calidad de vida de los docentes de una universidad pública de Trujillo y su relación con la actividad física del personal docente durante el año 2023. Se trabajó con un estudio de tipo aplicado con un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo, con un diseño de investigación no experimental de nivel correlacional. La muestra determinada para esta investigación estuvo conformada de 80 maestros universitarios de la facultad de Enfermería, de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Se aplicó para recolectar los datos la técnica de encuesta mediante el cuestionario como instrumento. En el análisis estadístico se utilizó en el nivel descriptivo tablas de frecuencias y en el nivel inferencial el estadístico de correlación de Pearson. Estos resultados mostraron que, el 64% de estos docentes presentan un nivel de actividad física medio, el 31% presentan un nivel de actividad física alto y solo el 5% de los docentes presentan un nivel de actividad física bajo. En cuanto a la calidad de vida, el 78% de estos docentes presentan un nivel de calidad de vida medio, el 19% presentan un nivel de calidad de vida alto y solo el 3% de los docentes tienen un nivel de calidad de vida bajo. Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de actividad física y el nivel de calidad de vida, basado en un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0.714 y el nivel de significancia (p = 0.00 < 0.05)
The objective of this study was to investigate the quality of life of teachers at a public university in Trujillo and its relationship with the physical activity of teaching staff during the year 2023. We worked with an applied study with a research approach. quantitative, with a non-experimental research design at a correlational level. The sample determined for this research was made up of 80 university teachers from the Faculty of Nursing, at the National University of Trujillo. The survey technique was applied to collect data using the questionnaire as an instrument. In the statistical analysis, frequency tables were used at the descriptive level and the Pearson correlation statistic at the inferential level. These results showed that, 64% of these teachers have a medium level of physical activity, 31% have a high level of physical activity and only 5% of teachers have a low level of physical activity. Regarding quality of life, 78% of these teachers have a medium level of quality of life, 19% have a high level of quality of life and only 3% of teachers have a low level of quality of life. .
