dc.descriptionThe present study has for purpose the design and implementation of a Plan of business for the Pharmacy FORFAR of the National Police of Trujillo. This company has as main activity the sale of medicines, biomedical, perfumery and bazaar, to the personnel and family that are assisted in the Regional Hospital PNP Trujillo. The methodology used in the study includes a sequence of steps that leaves of an I diagnose situational, determination of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Based on this a Plan of Marketing is determined, a Plan of Servucción, Economic Plan and determination of the indicators of profitability generated by the amplification that you/they are part of the Plan of business for the Pharmacy FORFAR after this the conclusions and respective recommendations is developed they are elaborated. With regard to the indicators of the Plan of Business we have that one hopes to reach a Net Current Value of 30,625.35 new suns and an Internal Rate of Return of 48.09% what indicates that he/she has profitability. The total investment that will be required for the amplification is of 31,976.90 suns that you arrives to recover at the the fourth year-old end of having implemented the project. According to the results one also has as main recommendation that the agreement is reactivated with the Fund of Police Health (FOSPOLI) with the purpose of to increase the sales and to have bigger indexes of profitability and also to satisfy the necessities of medication of the police personnel and family.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene por finalidad el diseño e implementación de un Plan de negocios para la Farmacia FORFAR de la Policía Nacional de Trujillo. Esta empresa tiene como actividad principal la venta de medicinas, biomédicos, perfumería y bazar, al personal y familiares que se atienden en el Hospital Regional PNP Trujillo. La metodología empleada en el estudio incluye una secuencia de pasos que parte de un diagnostico situacional, determinación de fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades. En base a esto se determina un Plan de Marketing, se desarrolla un Plan de Servucción, Plan Económico y determinación de los indicadores de rentabilidad generado por la ampliación, que forman parte del Plan de negocios para la Farmacia FORFAR luego de esto se elaboran las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas. Con respecto a los indicadores del Plan de Negocios tenemos que se alcanzó un Valor Actual Neto de 30,625.35 nuevos soles y una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 48.09% lo que indica que tiene rentabilidad. La inversión total que se requirió para la ampliación fue de 31,976.90 soles que se llega recuperar al final del tercer año de implementado el proyecto. De acuerdo a los resultados también se tiene como principal recomendación que se reactive el convenio con el Fondo de Salud Policial (FOSPOLI) con el fin de aumentar las ventas y tener mayores índices de rentabilidad y también satisfacer las necesidades de medicinas del personal policial y familiares.es_PE
