dc.descriptionThe objective of this report was to evaluate the knowledge and compliance with pharmacological treatment in hypertensive patients in a pharmaceutical establishment, December 2018 - February 2019. The sample consisted of 50 patients diagnosed with hypertension, who went to the pharmaceutical establishment, the data obtained were recorded in a survey designed for the present work. Where it was found that 58% were female, 34% are between 51 and 60 years old, 54% are married and 52% have secondary education. Losartan was the most widely dispensed antihypertensive with 58%. The degree of knowledge and compliance of hypertensive patients was evaluated, where it was concluded that 62% know about the regular pharmacological indication, 42% know little about the dose, 58% know how to regulate the dosage interval, 52% know about regular the duration of the treatment and 56% comply with the regular pharmacological indication, 48% comply with the regular dose, 54% comply with the regulation of the dosage interval and 38% meet the duration of the treatment for little.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe tuvo como objetivo evaluar el conocimiento y cumplimiento del tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes hipertensos en un establecimiento farmacéutico, diciembre 2018 – febrero 2019. La muestra fue constituida por 50 pacientes diagnosticados con hipertensión, que acudieron al establecimiento farmacéutico, los datos obtenidos fueron registrados en una encuesta diseñada para el presente trabajo. En donde se halló que el 58% fueron del sexo femenino, el 34% tienen entre 51 a 60 años, 54% son casados y el 52% tiene grado de instrucción secundarios. El losartán fue el antihipertensivo de mayor dispensación con un 58%. Se evaluó el grado de conocimiento y cumplimiento de los pacientes hipertensos, en donde se concluyó que el 62% conoce regular de la indicación farmacológica, el 42% conoce poco la dosis, el 58 % conoce regular el intervalo posológico, el 52% conoce regular la duración del tratamiento y el 56 % cumple regular la indicación farmacológica, el 48 % cumple regular la dosis, el 54 % cumple regular el intervalo posológico y el 38% cumple poco la duración del tratamiento.es_PE
