dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research work was to determine how purchasing planning influences inventory costs in the company Metaltruck Sac-Sede Trujillo 2021. The research problem answers the question: How does the planning of purchases of materials influence inventory costs in the company METALTRUCK SA.C - Headquarters Trujillo - 2021? whose hypothesis is: The planning of purchases of materials influences significantly in inventory costs in the company METALTRUCK SAC-Sede Trujillo. The study used the descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental design as well as the inductive, deductive, analysis and synthesis methods; an interview and observation guide as research techniques. For the formulation of conclusions and recommendations, the results obtained from the applied techniques were taken as bases. Faced with the problem, the annual demand for the sample was projected, and the inventory costs and key indicators were calculated so that the logistics area can plan and organize its economic lots, improve its programming, obtain better prices, reduce times and as a result reduce company's inventory costs. The main conclusion obtained is: purchase planning has a significant influence on the inventory costs of the Metaltruck Sac Company. The reduction in inventory costs for the year 2020-2021 (s/157,253.68) compared to the year 2022 is 48.80%, after the proposed improvement, which is equivalent to s/76,741.21.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar de qué manera influye la Planificación de compras en los costos de inventario en la empresa Metaltruck SAC-Sede Trujillo 2021. El problema de investigación responde a la interrogante: ¿De qué manera influye la planificación de compras de materiales en los costos de inventario en la empresa METALTRUCK SA? C – Sede Trujillo – 2021, cuya hipótesis es: La planificación de compras de materiales influye de manera significativa en los costos de inventario en la empresa METALTRUCK SAC-Sede Trujillo. El estudio utilizó el diseño es cuasi - experimental, así como los métodos inductivo, deductivo, análisis y síntesis; una guía de entrevista y observación como técnicas de la investigación. Para la formulación de conclusiones y recomendaciones se tomó como bases los resultados obtenidos de las técnicas aplicadas. Ante el problema se proyectó la demanda anual de la muestra, y se calculó los costos de inventario y los indicadores claves para que el área logística pueda planificar y organizar sus lotes económicos, mejorar sus programaciones, obtener mejores precios, reducir tiempos y como resultado reducir costos de inventario de la empresa. La principal conclusión obtenida es: la planificación de compras influye de manera significativa en los costos de inventario de la empresa Metaltruck Sac. La reducción de los costos de inventario del año 2020-2021 (s/157,253.68) con respecto al año 2022 es de un 48.80%, luego de la mejora planteada lo cual es equivalente a s/76,741.21.es_PE
