Abstract
Esta investigación busca fomentar la cultura de reciclaje de residuos de gestión municipal, mediante actividades propuestas en el plan estratégico de comunicación denominado “Cierra el ciclo”, que contribuirá a corregir los problemas investigados. El objetivo general de la investigación es elaborar un plan estratégico de comunicación para fomentar la cultura de reciclaje de residuos de gestión municipal en los alumnos del 2° año “C” del nivel secundaria del C.E.E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas, Trujillo – 2020. El tipo de investigación por su enfoque es cuantitativo y, por sus fines, es descriptiva. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, transversal y propositiva. Se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se recolectó información mediante la observación y un cuestionario a modo de diagnóstico, para identificar el nivel de conocimientos, actitudes y hábitos. Para el procesamiento de datos, se seleccionó, clasificó y organizó tablas debidamente tabuladas. La conclusión principal es que los alumnos poseen conocimientos básicos, pero no los aplican, sus hábitos y actitudes no son los más adecuados con respecto a los residuos, entonces planteo actividades acordes a la edad y hábitos de los estudiantes.
This investigation wants to foment the culture of recycling municipal management trash, by means of activities detailed in the strategic communication plan denominated “Close the cycle”, which will contribute to correct the problems investigated. The main objetive of the investigation is to elaborate a strategic communication plan to foment the culture of municipal management recycling trash in students of the 2nd grade "C" of the high school of C.E.E. “Rafael Narváez Cadenillas”, Trujillo - 2020. The type of investigation is quantitative and descriptive. The research design is non experimental, transversal, propositional. There was applied a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Information was collected through observation and a diagnostic questionnaire to identify the level of knowledge, attitudes and habits. For data processing, duly tabulated tables were selected, classified and organized. The main conclusion is that students have basic knowledge, but do not apply it, their habits and attitudes are not the most appropriate with respect to trash, then I propose activities according to the age and habits of the students.
