Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de conocer los factores protectores que influyen en la resiliencia de adolescentes de la I. E. Ricardo Palma, Distrito Trujillo, 2021, quienes afrontan distintas situaciones de riesgos en los diferentes ámbitos donde se desenvuelven tanto familiar, escolar y social. El estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo y descriptivo; la población con la que se trabajó fueron 420 adolescentes de primero a tercero de secundaria en situaciones de riesgo, cuyo muestreo probabilístico aleatorio fue de 86 adolescentes entre varones y mujeres. Los métodos que se usaron en la investigación fueron el estadístico, deductivo, inductivo y descriptivo; y las técnicas fueron la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación. En cuanto a los resultados, se obtuvo que, de los 9 factores protectores tanto personal como familiares, 6 se desarrollan en un nivel medio alto en los adolescentes, obteniéndose con un mayor porcentaje interacción, con un 80%, y el en un nivel bajo con 64% el pensamiento crítico. Por tanto, estos resultados coinciden con el nivel de resiliencia que se caracteriza por encontrarse en nivel medio. A la vez se observa que los factores familiares, tiene un nivel alto de influencia en los adolescentes, mediante el apoyo emocional con un 65% y comunicación familiar con un 80% convirtiéndose en vital importancia para el desarrollo de la resiliencia en los adolescentes de la I.E. Ricardo Palma.
ABSTRACT The present thesis was carried out in order to know the protective factors that influence the resilience of adolescents from the IE Ricardo Palma, Trujillo District, 2021, who face different risk situations in the different areas where they develop both family, school and social. The study was quantitative and descriptive; The population we worked with was 420 adolescents from first to third year of secondary school in risk situations, whose random probability sample was 86 adolescents between men and women. The methods used in the research were statistical, deductive, inductive and descriptive; and the techniques were the survey, the interview and the observation. Regarding the results, it was obtained that, of the 9 personal and family protective factors, 6 develop at a medium-high level in adolescents, obtaining a higher interaction percentage, with 80%, and at a low level with 64% critical thinking. Therefore, these results coincide with the level of resilience that is characterized by being in the medium level. At the same time, it is observed that family factors have a high level of influence on adolescents, through emotional support with 65% and family communication with 80%, becoming vital for the development of resilience in adolescents of the IE Ricardo Palma.
