dc.descriptionThis work of professional proficiency entitled "Virtualization of a server infrastructure to improve the communication service in the company RESEMIN S.A. - Headquarters Peru ", is proposed to improve the communication service between the areas of the organization under study, in order to properly manage a set of integrated network services aimed at improving the activities and tasks of the collaborators to achieve the mission and vision of the company achieving better response times in terms of search, processing and generation of information and reports, as well as an increase in the level of satisfaction of internal users (employees) and external customers (consumers). This work presents the virtualization of a server infrastructure for the company RESEMIN S.A. - Peru headquarters, where, in the first place, the problem is determined, the objectives and their justification are stated, the theoretical and legal basis supporting the virtualization work in question is disclosed: firstly, the study is carried out of the company; Secondly, the logical design of the network services infrastructure is presented; third, the virtualization environment to be used is presented; Fourth, the network services infrastructure is implemented as emulation; Fifth, some conclusions and recommendations are presented in this paper and, finally, the suggestion and methods for the training of systems engineers are presented.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado “Virtualización de una infraestructura de servidores para mejorar el servicio de comunicación en la empresa RESEMIN S.A. – Sede Perú”, es propuesta para mejorar el servicio de comunicación entre las áreas de la organización en estudio, con el fin de gestionar adecuadamente un conjunto de servicios de red integrados orientados a mejorar las actividades y tareas de los colaboradores para el logro de la misión y visión de la empresa logrando mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en cuanto a búsqueda, procesamiento y generación de reportes, así como un aumento en el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios internos (colaboradores) y clientes externos (consumidores). Este trabajo presenta la virtualización de una infraestructura de servidores para la empresa RESEMIN S.A. – Sede Perú, en donde, en primer lugar, se determina el problema, se plantean los objetivos y su justificación, se da a conocer la base teórica y legal que sustenta el trabajo de virtualización en cuestión: en primer lugar, se realizar el estudio de la organización empresarial; en segundo lugar, se presenta el diseño lógico de la infraestructura de servicios de red; en tercer lugar, se presenta el entorno de virtualización a emplear; en cuarto lugar, se implementa a modo de emulación la infraestructura de servicios de red; en quinto lugar se dan a conocer algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones en este trabajo y, finalmente, se presenta la sugerencia y métodos para la formación de ingenieros de sistemases_PE
