Abstract
La investigación de abordaje cualitativo, método histórico-dialéctico, tuvo como objetivos, describir y analizar el cotidiano de madres primerizas con prematuros
en Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales (UCIN), del Hospital Belén de
Trujillo. Para el sustento teórico se trabajó el cotidiano de Ágnes Héller. Se
desarrolló en el Servicio de neonatología - UCIN. La muestra fue determinada
por el método de saturación, siendo diez madres primerizas de prematuros con
más de dos días de hospitalización. Los datos se recogieron de entrevistas
semiestructuradas y observación participante, luego fueron procesados mediante
el método de comparación constante, para la develación de categorías: Vivir el
cotidiano con espontaneidad, con subcategorías: Actividades repentinas con mi
bebé, Mi cotidiano heterogéneo y jerárquico; y la categoría Cambiando mi vida
con mi prematuro, con las subcategorías: Cambios en mi vida de madre primeriza,
Pasando de espectadora a cuidadora y Regulando mis emociones. Los hallazgos
revelaron el cotidiano de las madres durante la hospitalización de su prematuro
considerándose diferente, espontáneo, con cierto grado de rutina, también siendo
para la madre primeriza un cambio de 360° en su vida por la llegada de su
primogénito prematuro. Finalmente consideré aspectos éticos y regulatorios, ya
que se trabajó con seres humanos
The research with a qualitative approach, historical-dialectical method, had as objectives to describe and analyze the daily life of first-time mothers with premature babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), of the Belén Hospital in Trujillo. For theoretical support, Ágnes Héller's daily life was worked on. It was developed in the Neonatology Service - NICU. The sample was determined by the saturation method, being ten first-time mothers of premature babies with more than two days of hospitalization. The data were collected from semi-structured interviews and participant observation, then processed using the constant comparison method, to reveal categories: Living everyday life with spontaneity, with subcategories: Sudden activities with my baby, My heterogeneous and hierarchical everyday life; and the category Changing my life with my premature baby, with the subcategories: Changes in my life as a new mother, Going from spectator to caregiver and Regulating my emotions. The findings revealed the daily life of the mothers during the hospitalization of their premature baby being considered different, spontaneous, with a certain degree of routine, also being for the first-time mother a 360° change in her life due to the arrival of her first premature child. Finally I considered ethical and regulatory aspects, since we worked with human beings
