Relaciones interpersonales y clima laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa de transportes La Libertad, Provincia de Trujillo, 2024

Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales en la percepción del clima organizacional que tienen los colaboradores de la empresa de transportes La Libertad, Provincia de Trujillo, 2024. Se ha enfocado considerar en base tipo de cierta investigación de manera aplicada, esto teniendo en base aquel diseño de manera explicativo, en cuanto aquella muestra enlazada 80 colaboradores con quienes se enfocó en trabajar esto aplicando aquellos métodos y posibles técnicas de la connotada investigación de forma cuantitativa: Método de manera estadístico y como posible técnica encuesta, y por ende utilización de investigación de manera cualitativa: Método inductivo, deductivo; y por ende técnicas en base observación de manera directa y posible entrevista. Con estos diluidos resultados se connota el demostrar que la comunicación de manera interna y aquellas relaciones de forma interpersonales y el potencial liderazgo por si tienden a guardar cierta relación esto al connotado clima en lo laboral de dichos colaboradores de la empresa estudiada enfocada en transportes. Finalmente desde aquella diluida perspectiva del enfocado trabajo social, proponemos por sí que la propia gerencia debe por si el implementar ciertos programas en base capacitación para tender mejorar aquellas relaciones de manera interpersonales y así tender a promover aquel liderazgo de manera organizacional y el trabajar en determinados equipos afín de lograr el generar un clima de manera laboral que sea positivo fomentando beneficio a la propia rentabilidad de aquel ámbito empresarial. La presente tesis se connota subdividirse: I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; II. Materiales y métodos; III. Presentación de resultados; IV. Discusión de resultados. V. Conclusiones; VI. Recomendaciones. VII. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of interpersonal relationships on the perception of the organizational climate that the collaborators of the transport company La Libertad, Provincia de Trujillo, 2024 have. It has been focused on considering a type of research in an applied manner, this having as a basis that explanatory design, as that sample linked to 80 collaborators with whom it was focused on working on this by applying those methods and possible techniques of the well-known quantitative research: Statistical method and as a possible survey technique, and therefore the use of qualitative research: Inductive, deductive method; and therefore techniques based on direct observation and possible interview. With these diluted results, it is connoted to demonstrate that internal communication and those interpersonal relationships and potential leadership tend to keep a certain relationship to the well-known work climate of said collaborators of the studied company focused on transport. Finally, from that diluted perspective of focused social work, we propose that management itself should implement certain training-based programs to tend to improve those interpersonal relationships and thus tend to promote that organizational leadership and work in certain teams in order to achieve the generation of a positive work environment that promotes benefit to the profitability of that business area. This thesis is intended to be subdivided: I. Introduction: Problematic reality, background, theoretical bases and conceptual framework; II. Materials and methods; III. Presentation of results; IV. Discussion of results. V. Conclusions; VI. Recommendations. VII. Bibliographic references and Annexes.
