The present applicative and pre-experimental research was carried out with the purpose of determining whether the application of the ZULMA Program could improve interpersonal relationships in the “Municipal” Educational Institution of Trujillo, 2018. For this, we worked with a sample of 20 members of the “Municipal” Educational Institution of the District of Trujillo 2018, the contrast of the hypothesis was done with the classic pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test applied to the experimental group. The application of the ZULMA program was carried out based on 10 activities aimed at promoting strategies that contribute to improving interpersonal relationships between members of the institution. The SIV questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. As a result, the pre-test indicated that 67% of teachers obtained a low level in interpersonal relationships and 33% obtained a medium level; After the development of the program, the post test shows that 67% of the teachers are at a high level in interpersonal relationships and 26% have a medium level. These results obtained through the Student T study test show that the probability of the statistic p = 0.0000 is much less than 0.05, therefore, it can be stated that the application of the Zulma Program, based on theory “Y” by McGregor, improves Interpersonal Relationships by improving the work environment.
