Abstract
La presente investigación denominada: “Reemplazo de locomotora a batería por
trolley para mejorar la productividad en el acarreo de Mina Poderosa, 2024”,
persigue como objetivo principal aumentar la productividad de las variables de
acarreo a partir de la implementación del sistema en base a locomotora en
reemplazo del sistema basado en batería. La problemática esta suscrita a nivel
operacional en la Compañía Minera Poderosa, en la Unidad Productiva Santa
María y en el nivel 2120. La productividad del acarreo se medirá a través de los
indicadores de los costos operativos (OPEX), número de viajes, tiempo de
acarreo y tonelaje de acarreo.
La población de estudio está representada por todos los sistemas de
acarreo presentes en la Unidad Productiva Santa María de Compañía Minera
Poderosa para el año 2024, la muestra de estudio se suscribe al sistema de
acarreo que se encuentra operativo en el nivel 2120 de la mencionada Unidad
Productiva. El tipo de investigación es Aplicada con un diseño Experimental de
corte longitudinal y con un enfoque cuantitativo.
Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron: reducción en el costo de acarreo
desde los 2.04 $/TMH hasta los 1.44 $/TMH, consiguiéndose un ahorro de 0.60
$/TMH. Se registró un aumento en el promedio mensual del tonelaje acarreado,
desde las 953.67 TMH en diciembre del 2023 hasta las 1,364.00 TMH en enero
del 2024. Un aumento en las horas efectivas de acarreo desde 15.9 hr con
locomotora a batería hasta 17.1 hr con locomotora a trolley.
La presente investigación concluyó en que el reemplazo de locomotora a
batería por trolley resulta beneficioso a nivel operativo para la productividad del
acarreo, optimizando el OPEX, numero de viajes, tiempo de ciclo y tonelaje de
acarreo en la Unidad Operativa Santa María de Compañía Minera Poderosa.
