dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out at the Experimental Center of the National University of Trujillo, between November 2010 and July 2011, with the aim of knowing the phenology of ginger (Zingiberofficinale R.), the production of fresh matter and oleoresin depending on different sources and doses of organic fertilization. The treatments under study consisted of organic sources: chicken manure, guano from the island and earthworm humus, in doses of 0, 5, 10 and 20 TM.Ha-1. The experimental design was randomized complete blocks with a 3 x 4 factorial arrangement with three repetitions. Vegetative seeds of 50 grams with two buds at the beginning of sprouting, previously selected and disinfected, were used. The sowing was carried out with the soil at field capacity, depositing the seeds every 20 cm, on one side in the rib of each furrow, which had a distance of 1.30 m. The phenological phases of sprouting, maximum growth, budding, flowering and rhizomes maturation. There was no significant response for the number of shoots, between the sources of organic matter, but there was between the doses, having obtained a better response with 20 TM.Ha-1 of guano from the island. Significance was found for the plant height variable among the sources, the best being earthworm humus with 10 TM.Ha-1. The production of fresh mass was not significant between the sources but it was between the doses, resulting in the best with 20 TM.Ha-1 of chicken manure. The oleoresin content was higher with guano from the island in doses of 20 TM.Ha-1 It is concluded that organic sources in high doses influenced the number of shoots, fresh mass and oleoresin, but not plant height.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en el Centro Experimental de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, entre noviembre 2010 y julio de 2011, con el objetivo de conocer la fenología del jengibre (Zingiberofficinale R.), la producción de materia fresca y oleorresina en función de diferentes fuentes y dosis de fertilización orgánica.Los tratamientos en estudio estuvieron constituidos por las fuentes orgánicas: gallinaza, guano de la isla y humus de lombriz, en las dosis de 0, 5, 10 y 20 TM.Ha-1. El diseño experimental fue bloques completos al azar con arreglo factorial 3 x 4 con tres repeticiones. Se utilizaron semillas vegetativas de 50 gramos con dos yemas en inicio de brotamiento, previamente seleccionadas y desinfectadas. La siembra se realizó con el suelo a capacidad de campo, depositándose las semillas cada 20 cm, a un solo lado en la costilla de cada surco, los cuales tuvieron un distanciamiento de 1.30 m.Se determinaron las fases fenológicas de brotamiento, máximo crecimiento, botonaje, floración y maduración de rizomas.No hubo respuesta significativa para el número de brotes, entre las fuentes de materia orgánica, pero si entre las dosis, habiéndose obtenido mejores respuesta con 20 TM.Ha-1 de guano de la isla. Se encontró significación para la variable altura de planta entre las fuentes, siendo la mejor el humus de lombriz con 10 TM.Ha-1. La producción de masa fresca no tuvo significación entre las fuentes pero si entre las dosis, resultando la mejor con 20 TM.Ha-1 de gallinaza. El contenido de oleorresina fue mayor con guano de la isla en dosis de 20 TM.Ha-1 Se concluye que las fuentes orgánicas en dosis altas influyeron en el número de brotes, masa fresca y oleorresina, pero no en la altura de planta.es_PE
