dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación, titulada Influencia del club de lectura en el vocabulario de estudiantes del primer grado de secundaria, tiene como objetivo principal analizar cómo la participación en el club de lectura contribuye al progreso del vocabulario en estudiantes del primer grado de secundaria del C.E.E. Rafael Narváez. Cadenillas, ubicada en Trujillo, Perú. Se aplica un enfoque cualitativo de nivel básica de diseño descriptivo. Emplea una metodología basada en la observación participante, entrevistas semiestructuradas, análisis de documentos y análisis de producciones escritas, utilizando seis instrumentos de recolección de datos para abordar las variables de estudio. La muestra estuvo conformada por 70 estudiantes de las secciones 'A' y 'B', seleccionados por conveniencia debido a la cercanía profesional del investigador con la institución educativa. La metodología usada fue el análisis de contenido y triangulación de datos, los resultados evidencian que el club de lectura fomenta significativamente el aprendizaje y uso de vocabulario nuevo, reforzando la comprensión lectora y la capacidad expresiva de los estudiantes. Asimismo, se destaca la percepción positiva de los estudiantes sobre el valor de enriquecer su vocabulario, lo cual influye en su motivación hacia el aprendizaje de nuevas palabras. Estos hallazgos constituyen una base para mejorar las prácticas pedagógicas y promover actividades extracurriculares que favorezcan el desarrollo lingüístico en el ámbito educativo.
dc.description.abstractThe present research, entitled Influence of the reading club on the vocabulary of first grade high school students, has as its main objective to analyze how participation in the reading club contributes to the vocabulary progress in first grade high school students of the C.E.E. Rafael Narváez. Cadenillas, located in Trujillo, Peru. A qualitative approach of basic level of descriptive design is applied. It employs a methodology based on participant observation, semi-structured interviews, document analysis and analysis of written productions, using six data collection instruments to address the study variables. The sample consisted of 70 students from sections 'A' and 'B', selected by convenience due to the professional closeness of the researcher with the educational institution. The methodology used was content analysis and data triangulation, the results show that the reading club significantly encourages the learning and use of new vocabulary, reinforcing reading comprehension and the expressive capacity of students. The positive perception of students regarding the value of enriching their vocabulary is also highlighted, which influences their motivation to learn new words. These findings constitute a basis for improving pedagogical practices and promoting extracurricular activities that favor linguistic development in the educational field.
