dc.descriptionThe purpose of this work research is to determine the characteristics of the consumption of antineoplastic in the service of Oncology Hospital Victor Lazarte Echegaray-Essalud during the year 2007, to use this method Daily Dose Prescrita (PDD) which enabled us to obtain consumption of antineoplastic expressed in PDD 100 beds per day; being Cyclophosphamide the antineoplastic consumed most of PDD with a 6.95. It was also possible to observe the trend of increased consumption of antineoplastic that corresponded to 58% of total consumed and accounted 1g Cyclophosphamide and Doxorubicin 10mg which took its higher consumption in the month of January; Ifosfamide 1g had its highest consumption in November, Paclitaxel 300mg had its highest consumption in August, Fluorouracil 500mg began to be consumed in May; Folinato calcium 50mg had a lot of variation in their consumption, 50mg Doxorubicin and Gemcitabine 1g had their increased consumption in May. For the processing and analysis of data in the antineoplastic study fármacoterapéuticos classified into groups according to the classification system Anatomical - Therapeutic - Chemical (ATC). It was also possible to determine the cost of the total consumption of antineoplastic during the year 2007 which was S/.625010.47, and the higher cost of antineoplastic was Gemcitabine with a 36.68% of the total consumedes_ES
dc.description.abstractLa finalidad de este Trabajo de Investigación es determinar las características del consumo de antineoplásicos en el servicio de Oncología del hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray-Essalud durante el año 2007; para ello se uso el método de Dosis Diaria Prescrita(DDP) en cual nos permitió obtener el consumo de los antineoplásicos expresados en DDP por 100 camas días; siendo la Ciclofosfamida el antineoplásico de mayor consumo con un DDP de 6.95. También fue posible observar la tendencia de los antineoplásicos de mayor consumo que correspondieron al 58% del total consumido y correspondió a Ciclofosfamida 1g y Doxorrubicina 10mg que tuvieron su mayor consumo en el mes de enero; Ifosfamida 1g tuvo su mayor consumo en noviembre, Paclitaxel 300mg tuvo su mayor consumo en agosto, Fluorouracilo 500mg empezó a ser consumida en mayo; Folinato de calcio 50mg tuvo mucha variación en su consumo, Doxorrubicina 50mg y Gemcitabina 1g tuvieron su mayor consumo en mayo. Para el procesamiento y análisis de datos, los antineoplásicos en estudio se clasificaron en grupos fármacoterapéuticos según el sistema de Clasificación Anatómico - Terapéutico – Químico (ATC). También se pudo determinar el costo del consumo total de antineoplásicos durante el año 2007 que fue S/.625,010.47; y el antineoplásico de mayor costo fue la Gemcitabina con un 36.68% del total consumidoes_ES
