dc.descriptionThis report is based on the professional experience developed in the Taxpayer Services Division of the SUNAT Regional Office of Freedom. In this regard, the main task is the orientation of the taxpayer and citizen on tax procedures and regulations; thus facilitating voluntary compliance with tax obligations. It begins with the description of the organic structure and the functions of the main tax collection entity in the country, emphasizing the legal-tax relationship and its implication with the powers of the Tax Administration provided for in the Tax Code, essential knowledge to be able to cope to the queries made by taxpayers and citizens in general, some suggestions for the School of Accounting and Finance are also presented, among which I highlight to include in the curriculum the course of ethics and values of the profession in such a way that the University form professionals not only competent but also incorruptible and complete. The experience obtained in all the years described in this report leaves us with satisfaction on the expectation that the university student has when he enters the National University of Trujillo; As a bachelor of Economic Sciences is prepared to continue growing in accounting and tax matters, with the notions acquired in the university classrooms.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe se sustenta en la experiencia profesional desarrollada en la División de Servicios al Contribuyente de la Intendencia Regional de la Libertad de la SUNAT. Al respecto, la labor principal es la orientación al contribuyente y ciudadano sobre procedimientos y normas tributarias; facilitando de esta manera el cumplimiento voluntario de las obligaciones tributarias. Inicia con la descripción de la estructura orgánica y las funciones del principal ente recaudador de tributos del país, haciendo énfasis en la relación jurídico-tributaria y su implicancia con las facultades de la Administración Tributaria previstas en el Código Tributario, conocimientos esenciales para poder hacer frente a las consultas efectuadas por los contribuyentes y ciudadanía en general, así mismo se presentan algunas sugerencias para la escuela de Contabilidad y Finanzas, de entre las cuales destaco incluir en la malla curricular el curso de ética y valores de la profesión de tal forma que la universidad forme profesionales no solamente competentes sino también incorruptibles e íntegros. La experiencia obtenida en todos los años que se describen en el presente informe nos deja una satisfacción sobre la expectativa que tiene el estudiante universitario cuando ingresa a la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo; pues un bachiller de Ciencias Económicas está preparado para seguir creciendo en la materia contable y tributaria, con las nociones adquiridas en las aulas universitarias.es_PE
