dc.descriptionThe present Investigation is called: Application of the methodology of project management framed on the PMBOK-V5 in the engineering operations of the company VIALES S.A.C to increase the efficiency of the resources. It entails the development of the methodology of project management framed on the PMBOK-V5 to the projects of the company VIALES CONTRATISTAS GENERALES S.A.C. with the objective of investigate if the efficiency will increase on the resources usage. In the present study a diagnose of the actual situation of the company was realize with the help of the survey applied to the workers who can reflect the actual state of the project management facing the PMBKO-V5 lineament, founding a conformity level of 58% with respect to the total of areas, Being the most critical area the Human Resources management with 53% of NON conformity, following the communications with 53% of non-conformity. The following model is proposed, taking as an example the case “Rayito de Sol”. To which the methodology PMBOK-V5, adjusting to the reality of this project, taking a schematic of entrance, tools and technics used by the knowledge area. Then, the tool propose are applied considering the weakest areas of the company according to the initial diagnose to make a comparison between the before and after the applied methodology. Finally with the application of the methodology of project management framed on the PMBOK-V5 to the engineering and building projects of the company VIALES S.A.C. the efficiency is measure at the begging and the end, obtaining the mayor increase of 100% on the interested management area.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como tema la aplicación de la metodología de gerencia de proyectos enmarcada en el PMBOK-V5 a las operaciones de ingeniería y construcción en los proyectos de la empresa VIALES S.A.C. con el objetivo principal de que esta metodología, que tiene un esquema de entradas, herramientas - técnicas y salidas aplicadas por área de conocimiento, permita incrementar la eficiencia en el uso de sus recursos en todos los proyectos que la empresa realice. Tomando como muestra el caso “Rayito de Sol”, la investigación inicia con el análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, con ayuda de encuestas aplicadas a los trabajadores que pueda reflejar el estado actual de la Gestión de proyectos frente a los lineamientos del PMBOK-V5, encontrándose un nivel de conformidad del 58% respecto al total de áreas del conocimiento, siendo las áreas más críticas: Gestión de los Recursos Humanos y Gestión de las Comunicaciones con un 53% de no conformidad para cada una. Finalmente, para la evaluación de la eficiencia en el caso “Rayito de Sol” se definieron indicadores por área del conocimiento que nos permitieron hacer una comparación entre la eficiencia inicial, obtenida con el diagnóstico, y la eficiencia final, obtenida luego de la aplicación de la metodología. Se demostró que todas las áreas incrementaron su eficiencia en más del 30%, siendo el área con mayor incremento de la eficiencia, la Gestión de los interesados con un 100%.es_PE
