dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo general: Determinar la Gestión de Factores Laborales para minimizar los accidentes en la empresa RANSA de la ciudad de Cajamarca durante el 2020. Parte de una metodología de tipo aplicada de diseño descriptivo explicativo, de enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, atendiendo a las variables de administración de riesgo y accidente. Su finalidad es Describir las características que presenta la gestión de prevención de accidentes en la empresa RANSA, 2020 de la ciudad de Cajamarca. Asimismo, identificar los factores laborales que generan accidentes en la empresa RANSA de la ciudad de Cajamarca en 2020. Así, planteó mi interrogante ¿Cómo sería posible hacer una gestión de factores laborales para minimizar los accidentes en la empresa RANSA en la ciudad de Cajamarca correspondiente al 2020? De los resultados obtenidos se puede apreciar que los Indicadores del año 2019, nos dan a entender que los Índices de Frecuencia, Gravedad y Accidentabilidad son muy elevados, debido a que la empresa cuenta solamente con 10 trabajadores, quienes en un mes hacen sólo 1920 horas hombre trabajadas en un mes, por ello en el acumulado, se pueden notar que con un solo accidente con baja (tiempo perdido) se elevan los indicadores. En cambio, durante el año de 2020, una vez implementado de manera correcta la gestión de los factores laborales que se presentaron durante los años 2019 y anteriores, los resultados que nos dan los indicadores son bastante favorables a la empresa RANSA Finalmente se concluye que La aplicación de la gestión de factores laborales permitirá: Minimizar los accidentes en la empresa RANSA de la ciudad de Cajamarca el año 2020.
dc.description.abstractThe general objective of this research is to determine the Management of Labor Factors to minimize accidents in the company RANSA of the city of Cajamarca during 2020. Part of a methodology of an applied type of descriptive explanatory design, of a qualitative and quantitative approach, taking into account the variables of risk and accident management. Its purpose is to describe the characteristics of the accident prevention management in the company RANSA, 2020 in the city of Cajamarca. In addition, to identify the labor factors that generate accidents in the company RANSA in the city of Cajamarca in 2020. Thus, he raised my question: How would it be possible to do a management of labor factors to minimize accidents in the company RANSA in the city of Cajamarca in 2020? From the results obtained, it can be seen that the indicators of the year 2019, give us to understand that the indices of frequency, severity and accident are very high, because the company has only 10 workers, those who in a month make only 1920 man hours worked in a month, therefore in the accumulated one, can be noticed that with a single accident with leave (lost time) the indicators rise. However, during the year 2020, once the management of the labor factors presented during the years 2019 and earlier has been correctly implemented, the results given by the indicators are quite favorable to the company RANSA. Finally it is concluded that the application of the management of labor factors will allow: To minimize accidents in the company RANSA of the city of Cajamarca in 2020.
