Abstract
Esta investigación se planteó determinar la incidencia del gasto público en salud y educación sobre el ingreso percápita en la región La Libertad, periodo 2003 - 2019. La metodología fue no experimental, longitudinal y explicativo. Se obtuvieron datos del portal de transparencia del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), del portal de transparencia del Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI) y del Sistema Operativo de Seguimiento y Monitoreo (SOSEM) Se desarrolló un modelo de Mínimos Cuadrados Ordinarios en su categoría de regresión lineal compuesta donde la variable dependiente fue el ingreso familiar per cápita y como variables independientes el gasto público en salud y el gasto público en educación. Resultando finalmente que el gasto público en salud y educación incide positivamente en el ingreso familiar per cápita de la región La Libertad.
ABSTRACT This research proposed as Determine how public spending on health and education affects the per capita income of the region La Libertad period 2003-2019 with main theoretical basis in the HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX (HDI) and inequality theory. The design of the methodology was non-experimental, longitudinal and explanatory. Data were mainly obtained from the transparency portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the transparency portal of the Ministry of Health (MINSA), the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) and the Operational Monitoring and Monitoring System (SOSEM) A model of Ordinary Least Squares was developed in its category of compound linear regression, where the dependent variable was per capita family income and as independent variables were public spending on health and public spending on education. Finally, public spending on health and education has a positive impact on per capita family income in the La Libertad region.
