Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar de qué manera la
producción de la uva contribuye en la valoración del patrimonio cultural de Cascas. Por
tanto, se desarrolló una investigación no experimental y descriptiva, para el análisis y
sistematización de las prácticas culturales en torno a la producción de uva, y este a su vez
con la vinculación del patrimonio cultural. Se hizo uso del método etnográfico mediante
las técnicas de observación directa, entrevista, fichaje y revisión documental. De manera
complementaria se empleó el método analítico sintético para el análisis de la información y
su relación con las variables de estudio.
En base a los resultados de la investigación se determinó que la producción de uva
contribuye positivamente en la valoración del patrimonio cultural de Cascas, siendo la
principal actividad económica del distrito que influye directamente en el modo de vida de
la población. A partir del cultivo de la vid, existen una diversidad de tradiciones y
elementos de trascendencia histórica y cultural que forjan identidad en el territorio en
mención. Asimismo, se evidencia en el sentido de pertenencia y concienciación de la
población, así como también a través de la participación en las diferentes actividades
promovidas por los actores directos responsables del desarrollo de la uva.
The present investigation was carried out with the objective of determining how grape production contributes to the valuation of the cultural heritage of Cascas. Therefore, a nonexperimental and descriptive research was developed for the analysis and systematization of cultural practices around grape production, for its subsequent link with cultural heritage. The ethnographic method was used through the techniques of direct observation, interview, recording and documentary review. In a complementary manner, the synthetic analytical method was used to analyze the information and its relationship with the study variables. Based on the results of the research, it was determined that grape production contributes positively to the appreciation of the cultural heritage of Cascas, being the main economic activity of the district that directly influences the way of life of the population. From the cultivation of the vine, there is a diversity of traditions and elements of historical and cultural significance that forge identity in the territory in question. Likewise, it is evident in the sense of belonging and awareness of the population, as well as through participation in the different activities promoted by the direct actors responsible for the development of the grape.
