| dc.description | The present research work has as a source the analysis of the Closed Anonymous Company and the Limited Liability Company, the factors that over time have conditioned that there is currently preference of one over the other by the economic agents, due to the social, economic and legal factors, which have made it possible for the Limited Liability Company today to be a small portion in terms of number of constitutions and that the Closed Anonymous Company be the main company and first option by the economic agents; this within the framework of the guarantee of freedom of business prescribed in our Political Constitution, using the deductive-inductive and synthetic-analytical methods, in addition to the use of the documentary analysis technique using the data record card, as a data collection instrument , to obtain the results. In the same way, the study of corporate regulations was carried out, such as the General Corporation Law - Law No. 26887 and its amendments and the Political Constitution of Peru from 1993, in order to provide the present investigation with theoretical and doctrinal foundations to achieve the correspondent conclusions. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como fuente el análisis de la Sociedad Anónima Cerrada y la Sociedad Comercial de Responsabilidad, los factores que a través del tiempo han condicionado que actualmente exista preferencia de una sobre la otra por parte de los agentes económicos, debido a los factores sociales, económicos y jurídicos, los cuales han hecho posible que la Sociedad Comercial de Responsabilidad Limitada hoy en día sea una pequeña porción en cuanto a número de constituciones y que la Sociedad Anónima Cerrada sea la principal sociedad y primera opción ante los agentes económicos; esto en el marco de la garantía de libertad de empresa prescrita en nuestra Constitución Política, utilizándose los métodos deductivo-inductivo y analítico sintético, además del uso de la técnica de análisis documental utilizando la ficha de registro de datos, como instrumento de obtención de datos, para la obtención de los resultados. Del mismo modo, se realizó el estudio de la normativa societaria como la Ley General de Sociedades – Ley N° 26887 y sus modificatorias y la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993, a efectos de dotar la presente investigación de fundamentos teóricos y doctrinarios para lograr las conclusiones correspondientes. | es_PE |
