dc.descriptionThe present quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out with the objective of determining the level of satisfaction of the mothers in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Hospital III-EsSalud de Chimbote, during the months of AprilJuly 2016. The sample consisted of 25 mothers of newborns hospitalized in this service. The instrument used was a survey to measure the satisfaction of mothers, in the Mothers Unit they show an average level of satisfaction and 8.0% of the mothers indicate a high level of satisfaction, not finding mothers with low level of satisfaction. satisfaction. Likewise, regarding the level of satisfaction in the human dimension, it shows that 92.0% have an average level, 8.0% a high level, with nursing care in the newborn, in terms of the technical dimension - Sensitive, 84.0% of mothers present an average level of satisfaction, 8.0% of mothers with a high and low level of satisfaction, regarding the size of the environment, which show that 84, 0% have a high level of satisfaction, however, there are 16.0% of mothers who express an average level of satisfaction, no mothers with low level of satisfaction were found.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital III-EsSalud de Chimbote, durante los meses de Abril – Julio del 2016.La muestra estuvo formada por 25 madres de recién nacidos hospitalizados en este servicio. El instrumento utilizado fué una encuesta para medir la satisfacción de las madres, en la Unidad de de las madres manifiestan un nivel de satisfacción medio y el 8,0% de las madres indican un nivel de satisfacción alta, no encontrándose madres con nivel bajo de satisfacción. Así mismo en cuanto al nivel de satisfacción en la dimensión humana, muestra que el 92,0% tienen un nivel medio, el 8,0% un nivel alto, con el cuidado de enfermería en el recién nacido, en cuanto a la dimensión Técnico-Científica, el 84,0% de madres presentan un nivel medio de satisfacción, el 8,0% de madres que están con un nivel alto y bajo de satisfacción, en cuanto a la dimensión del entorno, los cuales muestran que el 84,0% tiene un nivel alto de satisfacción, sin embargo hay un 16,0% de madres que expresan un nivel medio de satisfacción, no se encontró madres con nivel bajo de satisfacción.es_PE
