Abstract
El presente trabajo se enfoca en dar protección legal a aquellos grupos de personas que rechazan la sangre en sus tratamientos, y buscan atención de calidad pero sin que se vulneren sus derechos.Dentro de este grupo de personas que rechazan la sangre y sus componentes principales tenemos a los Testigos de Jehová. Los cuales fundamentan su negativa en primer lugar en obediencia a su conciencia educada por la Biblia y en segundo lugar en que rechazan los riesgos a los que se verían sometidos al aceptar. Por lo que a continuación se analizará diversas leyes y doctrinas del país, así como legislaciones extranjeras, también se llevará a cabo entrevistas que muestran que sí es posible tratar a personas que se abstienen del uso de la sangre, pues, existen Alternativas a este líquido fluido y de esa formar se estaría respetando su derecho por la autodeterminación o el principio de Autonomía personal a elegir el mejor tratamiento y el más adecuado para su salud, por el respeto por su dignidad y su conciencia.
ABSTRACT This work focuses on giving legal protection to those groups of people who reject care in their treatments, and seek quality but without violating their rights.Within this group of people who reject blood and its main components we have the Jehovah's Witnesses. Which base their refusal in the first place in obedience to their conscience educated by the Bible and secondly in that they reject the risks to which they would be subjected when accepting.Therefore, various laws and doctrines of the country will be analyzed below, as well as foreign legislation, an interview will also be carried out that shows that it is possible to treat people who abstain from the use of blood, since there are Alternatives to this fluid liquid and in this way, their right to self-determination or the principle of personal autonomy to choose the best and most appropriate treatment for their health, out of respect for their dignity and conscience, would be respected.
