dc.descriptionThe present work was carried out in the Nepeña district, Áncash department, during the 2016-2017 season, with the objective of evaluating the effect of different concentrations of cytokinins (Kinetina) on the Red Globe variety on the size of berry and other quality parameters. To test the hypothesis, a randomized complete block design (DBCA) was used with 4 treatments and 4 replicates, treatments consisting of different concentrations of cytokinins: T1 without application, T2 with 1.1 ppm, T3 with 1.7 ppm and T4 with 2.2 ppm cytokinin. The data were submitted to an analysis of variance and Tukey's test was used for the separation of means with 95% confidence. The quality variables evaluated were berry size, berry weight, brix degrees and color. The T4 treatment with 2.2 ppm of cytokinin achieved the best result with 25.23 mm of berry diameter, 12.62 g of berry weight, brix of 15.65 and RG4 color, with respect to the other treatments.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en el distrito de Nepeña, departamento de Áncash, durante la temporada 2016-2017, con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de diferentes concentraciones de citoquininas (Kinetina) en la variedad Red Globe sobre el tamaño de baya y otros parámetros de calidad. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis se empleó un diseño de bloques completos al azar (DBCA) con 4 tratamientos y 4 repeticiones, los tratamientos consistentes en diferentes concentraciones de citoquininas: T1 sin aplicación, T2 con 1.1 ppm, T3 con 1.7 ppm y T4 con 2.2 ppm de citoquinina. Los datos se sometieron a un análisis de varianza y para la separación de medias se empleó la prueba de Tukey con 95% de confiabilidad. Las variables de calidad evaluadas fueron tamaño de baya, peso de baya, grados brix y color. El tratamiento T4 con 2.2 ppm de citoquinina logró el mejor resultado con 25.23 mm de diámetro de baya, 12.62 gr peso de baya, grado brix de 15.65 y color RG4, respecto a los demás tratamientos.es_PE
