dc.description.abstractEl presente informe titulado “Proceso de Elaboración de Azúcar Rubia en el Ingenio Agrolmos S.A.” tiene como objetivo brindar el alcance de mi experiencia profesional en la empresa Agrolmos S.A. La industria azucarera tiene un gran número de operaciones industriales, durante estos años de trabajo en esta apasionante industria, la principal área de mí desarrollo es el área de producción, en donde colaboro en verificar, gestionar y planificar las operaciones que comprenden desde el tratamiento de jugo hasta el embolsado de azúcar y final entrega al área de almacenamiento de producto terminado. Durante las siguientes páginas se detalla cada etapa del proceso de elaboración de azúcar, asi como las principales variables de su control, y como apartado del desempeño laboral se describe la implementación de un instructivo para una de las operaciones más críticas del proceso de cristalización: la granulación de la semilla; asi como el control que se le hace al cristal con la ayuda del sistema de cristalografía.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This report entitled "Blonde Sugar Production Process at Ingenio Agrolmos S.A." aims to provide the scope of my professional experience in the company Agrolmos S.A. The sugar industry has a large number of industrial operations, during these years of work in this exciting industry, the main area of my development is the production area, where I collaborate in verifying, managing and planning the operations that range from the treatment of juice to the bagging of sugar and final delivery to the finished product storage area. During the following pages, each stage of the sugar production process is detailed, as well as the main variables of its control, and as a section on work performance, the implementation of an instruction manual for one of the most critical operations of the crystallization process is described: the seed granulation; as well as the control that is done to the crystal with the help of the crystallography system.
