Abstract
En el presente informe se describe la elaboración de dos artículos de investigación científica durante el periodo de prácticas pre-profesionales en el área de investigación y docencia en las cátedras de Bromatología y Nutrición de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Cada artículo detalla un trabajo de investigación diferente, el primero abarca el tema de “Fitonutrientes presentes en el fruto de Annona muricata proveniente del distrito de virú” y el segundo “Recopilación de datos sobre cuantificación de Calcio, Hierro y Fosforo presentes en Alimentos cultivados en la región la Libertad”. Se utilizó material bibliográfico de fuentes confiables incluyendo libros y tesis del repositorio de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, priorizando la base de datos Scopus. Detalladamente en los resultados se puede visualizar los artículos elaborados durante las practicas pre-profesionales situadas en el área de la investigación. Como punto final se pudo concluir que, realizar estos artículos científicos permite enfatizar uno de los campos laborales del profesional Químico Farmacéutico como es la investigación.
ABSTRACT This report describes the preparation of two scientific research articles during the period of pre-professional practices in the area of research and teaching in the Bromatology and Nutrition departments of the National University of Trujillo. Each article details a different research work, the first covers the topic of "Phytonutrients present in the fruit of Annona muricata from the virú district" and the second " Compilation of data on the quantification of Calcium, Iron and Phosphorus present in Foods grown in the La Libertad region”. Bibliographic material from reliable sources was used, including books and theses from the repository of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of Trujillo, prioritizing the Scopus database. In detail in the results you can see the articles produced during the pre-professional practices located in the research area. As a final point, it was possible to conclude that, carrying out these scientific articles allows emphasizing one of the labor fields of the Pharmaceutical Chemical professional, such as research.
