| dc.description | Quantitative, pre-experimental research; The objective was to establish the effectiveness of the "Love my baby" educational program at the maternal level of knowledge about newborn care at the Saint Lucía of Moche Health Center; The sample universe consisted of 20 first parities that were applied as Pretest and Postest, the Scale to determine the level of maternal knowledge about newborn care, elaborated by Chunga (2002) and modified by Quispe and Rosales (2016). The student came to the following conclusions: Before the implementation of the educational program, 75 percent of primary schools had a regular level of knowledge, 15 percent a good level and 10 percent. A Bad Level After implementation of the educational program, 100 percent of primiparas gained a good level of knowledge. The educational program was effective and the primaries were able to increase their level of knowledge more than 50 percent, obtaining a value for the student of -9,200 with probability 0.000 being highly significant. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | Investigación de tipo cuantitativo, de corte transversal, pre experimental con diseño pre prueba y post prueba; con el objetivo de establecer la efectividad del programa educativo “Amando a mi bebé” en el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre cuidados del recién nacido en el Centro de Salud Materno Santa Lucia de Moche; el universo muestral constituido por 20 primíparas a quienes se les aplicó, la Escala para determinar el nivel de conocimiento materno sobre cuidados en el recién nacido, elaborado por Chunga (2002) y modificado por Quispe y Rosales (2016). Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la prueba T de student llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: Antes de la aplicación del programa educativo, el 75 por ciento de las primíparas obtuvieron un nivel de conocimiento regular, 15 por ciento un nivel de conocimiento deficiente y el 10 por ciento un nivel bueno. Después de la aplicación del programa educativo, el 100 por ciento de las primíparas obtuvieron un nivel de conocimiento bueno. El programa educativo fue efectivo ya que las primíparas lograron aumentar su nivel de conocimiento más del 50 por ciento, obteniéndose un valor t de student de -9.200 con probabilidad 0.000 siendo altamente significativo. | es_PE |
