dc.descriptionThis research develops in a business scheme in the hotel industry, where economic, administrative and operational activities is carried out, among others, under that scheme, it aims to develop the following problem: "How a System of Internal Control under COSO III approach affects the service improvement Hotel Korianka " The Korianka hotel offers the service of lodging and restaurant on processes and procedures are not prepared or approved directly by management, this deficiency indicates weakness in internal control of the company, in this sense, the main objective of this study is: "To determine that, an adequate Internal Control System under COSO III approach favorably impact in improving the service quality at Hotel Korianka, 2014 Exercise” For the development of research has been applied the descriptive method, where the information gathered was necessary and just, directly from the reality of the facts; then it has been structured, analyzed, explained, described through techniques such as surveys, interviews, document analysis, direct observation, formulation tabulation tables and graphics. These processes allow the general objective of the research, through the results and discussion. Finally the findings was obtained, then the recommendations are provided; which it aims to test the hypothesis that "An Internal Control System under COSO III approach appropriate way affects significantly improved service in Hotel Korianka".es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en un esquema empresarial del sector hotelero, donde se realiza actividades económicas, administrativas y operativas, entre otras, bajo ese esquema, se pretende desarrollar la siguiente problemática: “¿De qué manera un Sistema de Control Interno bajo enfoque COSO III incide en la mejora del servicio en Hotel Korianka?” El hotel Korianka brinda el servicio de hospedaje y restaurante bajo procesos y procedimientos no elaborados ni aprobados directamente por la dirección, esta deficiencia denota debilidad en el control interno de la empresa, en este sentido el principal objetivo del presente estudio es: “Determinar que, un adecuado Sistema de Control Interno bajo enfoque COSO III incide de manera favorable en la mejora del servicio en Hotel Korianka, Ejercicio 2014” Para el desarrollo de la investigación se ha aplicado el método descriptivo, donde la información recopilada ha sido lo necesario y justa, directamente de la realidad de los hechos; luego ha sido estructurada, analizada, explicada, descrita a través de técnicas como encuestas, entrevista, análisis documental, observación directa, tabulación de cuadros y formulación de gráficos. Estos procesos permitieron alcanzar el objetivo general de la investigación, a través de los resultados y discusión. Finalmente se obtuvo las conclusiones, luego se brindó las recomendaciones; donde se pretende demostrar la hipótesis que, “Un Sistema de Control Interno bajo enfoque COSO III apropiado incide de manera significativo en la mejora del servicio en Hotel Korianka”.es_ES
