Abstract
El presente trabajo de Investigación Titulado Condiciones Turísticas de Bellavista, Distrito de Salpo, Provincia de Otuzco, Región La Libertad, para el Desarrollo del Turismo Rural, analiza las condiciones posibles para un Turismo Rural, estas condiciones se manifiestan en los Recursos Turísticos como: el Cerro Quinga con la Puya Raimondi, el Bosque de Piedras de Shamana, los Miradores Naturales, el Sitio Arqueológico de Shamana con sus construcciones de piedra y sus andenes la elaboración de tejidos artesanales y productos lácteos, los mitos y leyendas, la agricultura y la ganadería, la festividad religiosa de la Virgen de las Mercedes del 22 al 24 de octubre de cada año; La comunidad Receptora y su trato de amabilidad y hospitalidad hacia el visitante y la disponibilidad de brindar servicios de alojamientos y restauración; la infraestructura básica y vial para el desarrollo del Turismo como las rutas de acceso, los tipos de transporte y los servicios básicos como: comunicación, sanidad, salud y energía y la demanda potencial interesada en práctica el Turismo Rural. _x000D_
Para esta investigación se ha utilizado el método Analítico – Sintético y el Método Etnográfico, apoyado con las técnicas como la Observación Directa, la encuestas y entrevistas. Los instrumentos: fichas textuales, fichas de observación, cuestionario de encuesta y entrevista, libreta de campo, cámara fotográfica digital y el plano de ubicación. _x000D_
La muestra lo conformo 112 pobladores para conocer su trato de amabilidad hacia el visitante; así mismo 160 visitantes que arribaron a Otuzco como demanda potencial para conocer su interés por viajar a Bellavista a realizar las actividades del Turismo Rural. _x000D_
También se entrevistó agricultores, ganaderos, productores de lácteos y tejidos y a los docentes de la I.E. Cesar Vallejo. _x000D_
Finalmente, esta investigación tuvo 4 variables la cual se realizó en dos etapas: gabinete y campo, que permitieron recopilar los datos, posteriormente fueron analizados y sistematizados para llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones plasmadas en el presente informe.

The present work of Research entitled Tourist Conditions presented by Bellavista, District of Salpo, Province of Otuzco, La Libertad Region, for the Development of Rural Tourism, analyzes the possible conditions for a Rural Tourism, these conditions are manifested in Tourist Resources such as Cerro Quinga with Puya Raimondi, Bosque de Piedras de Shamana, Miradores Naturales, Archaeological Site of Shamana with its stone constructions and platforms, elaboration of handicrafts and milk products, myths and legends , agriculture and livestock, the religious festivity of the Virgen de las Mercedes from October 22 to 24 of each year; The Receiving community and its treatment of kindness and hospitality towards the visitor and the availability of providing lodging and catering services; the basic and road infrastructure for the development of Tourism such as access routes, types of transport and basic services such as: communication, health, health and energy and the potential demand interested in practicing Rural Tourism. _x000D_
For this research the Analytical - Synthetic method and the Ethnographic Method have been used, supported with techniques such as Direct Observation, surveys and interviews. The instruments: text files, observation cards, survey questionnaire and interview, field notebook, digital camera and location map. _x000D_
The sample conformed 112 inhabitants to know their treatment of kindness towards the visitor; likewise 160 visitors who arrived at Otuzco as a potential demand to know their interest to travel to Bellavista to carry out the activities of Rural Tourism. _x000D_
Farmers, ranchers, dairy and textile producers and teachers of the I.E. were also interviewed. Cesar Vallejo. _x000D_
Finally, this research had 4 variables which were carried out in two stages: cabinet and field, which allowed the data to be collected, later analyzed and systematized to arrive at the conclusions and recommendations contained in this report.
