dc.description.abstractEl problema central y objetivo principal de la investigación es determinar de qué manera la Gestión Microfinanciera repercute en el Crecimiento Económico de la empresa Granja Nilda Silva E.I.R.L, Distrito de Jequetepeque, año 2020. En cuanto al material de estudio se aplicó el método deductivo y técnicas de investigación, tales como la entrevista y el análisis documentario. El resultado más importante que se ha obtenido es que la empresa incremento su volumen de créditos obtenidos en el año 2020, con el fin de invertir en la compra de materia prima, compra de jaulas modernas y compra de pollitas que son el principal activo biológico de la empresa. componente para que la empresa Granja Nilda Silva E.I.R.L. logre tener un incremento sustancial en su activo, son los préstamos recibidos Se concluyó que la Gestión Microfinanciera repercute favorablemente en el Crecimiento Económico de la empresa Granja Nilda Silva E.I.R.L, Distrito de Jequetepeque correspondiente al periodo en estudio, por tanto la empresa ha incurrido al financiamiento para lograr obtener mayor utilidad lo cual se ve demostrado en los Estados Financieros; cabe resaltar que el principal. Por lo que, se recomienda perfeccionar los niveles del modelo de Gestión Microfinanciera, inclinándose en el factor eficiencia – eficacia de manera que los préstamos sean adquiridos con un buen uso de los recursos en un menor tiempo posible, influenciando al crecimiento económico de la empresa.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The central problem and main objective of the research is to determine how Microfinance Management affects the Economic Growth of the Farm company Nilda Silva EIRL, District of Jequetepeque, year 2020. Regarding the study material, the deductive method and techniques were applied research, such as interview and documentary analysis. The most important result that has been obtained is that the company increased its volume of credits obtained in 2020, in order to invest in the purchase of raw material, purchase of modern cages and purchase of pullets that are the main biological asset of the company. It was concluded that Microfinance Management has a favorable impact on the Economic Growth of the Farm Nilda Silva EIRL company, Jequetepeque District corresponding to the period under study, therefore the company has incurred financing to achieve greater profit, which is demonstrated in the States Financial; It should be noted that the main component for the company Granja Nilda Silva E.I.R.L. achieve a substantial increase in your assets, are the loans received. Therefore, it is recommended to perfect the levels of the Mocrofinancial Management model, leaning on the efficiency factor - effectiveness so that loans are acquired with a good use of resources in the shortest possible time, influencing the economic growth of the company.
