Abstract
El presente informe de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar de qué manera el perfil del cliente incide en el acceso a créditos de consumo de la Financiera Credinka. Siendo el problema ¿De qué manera el perfil del cliente incide en el acceso a créditos de consumo en Financiera Credinka - Agencia Huamachuco, año 2020? El diseño de investigación fue no experimental, transeccional del tipo explicativa; se tomó en cuenta dos poblaciones, la primera conformada por 120 clientes, cuya muestra fue de 52; asimismo la segunda población constituida por los 08 trabajadores. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es el cuestionario. Entre los resultados se tiene que tanto el perfil del cliente como el acceso a créditos han alcanzado calificaciones a nivel bueno, lo que indica que en la financiera se viene aplicando de manera adecuada las políticas de créditos. Concluyendo que, el perfil del cliente incide de manera directa y significativa en el acceso a créditos de consumo de la Financiera, según el coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson, pues se obtuvo una relación de 0.829 y un nivel de significancia de 0.011, lo que significa que existe una relación de incidencia directa y significativa entre las variables de estudio.
ABSTRACT The main objective of this research report was to determine how the client's profile affects access to consumer loans from Financiera Credinka. Being the problem, how does the client's profile affect access to consumer loans in Financiera Credinka - Huamachuco Agency, year 2020? The research design was non-experimental, transactional of the explanatory type; Two populations were taken into account, the first made up of 120 clients, whose sample was 52; likewise the second population constituted by the 08 workers. The survey technique was used, whose instrument is the questionnaire. Among the results, both the client's profile and access to credit have reached a good rating, which indicates that credit policies are being applied adequately in the financial company. Concluding that the client profile has a direct and significant impact on the access to consumer loans of the Financial Company, according to the Pearson Correlation coefficient, since a relationship of 0.829 and a significance level of 0.011 were obtained, which means that there is a relationship of direct and significant incidence between the study variables.
