Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la comunicación
institucional y la gestión participativa en los padres de familia de la Centro educativo Inicial
N° 1656 de Pacanguilla. La investigación se basa en el enfoque cuantitativo y es de tipo
correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 138 padres de familia y una muestra de
36. En la recolección de los datos se aplica dos cuestionarios uno para la comunicación
institucional y el otro para la gestión participativa. El análisis deductivo evidencia de forma
sustancial que el nivel de comunicación institucional en los padres de familia fue regular con
tendencia a buena; el nivel de gestión participativa es buena con tendencia a excelente. El
análisis inductivo en el que aplica el Coeficiente por rangos de Spearman demuestra que
existe una correlación positiva media entre la comunicación institucional y la gestión
participativa. Sin embargo, al aplicar la prueba de significancia t de student se determina que
la correlación es estadísticamente significativa.
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between institutional communication and participatory management in parents of the Initial Educational Institution No. 1656 of Pacanguilla. The research is based on the quantitative approach and is of a correlational type. The population consisted of 138 parents and a sample of 36. In data collection, two questionnaires are applied, one for institutional communication and the other for participatory management. The deductive analysis provides substantial evidence that the level of institutional communication in the parents was regular with a tendency to good; the level of participatory management is good with a tendency to excellent. The inductive analysis in which Spearman's Rank Coefficient is applied shows that there is a medium positive correlation between institutional communication and participatory management. However, when applying the student's t test of significance, it is determined that the correlation is statistically significant.
